Sir
I had been enrolled in graduation course when i joined my service which was a distance course. I intimated my principal regarding that but he did not sign my application nor given me a objection letter. When i asked him to add my degree after completion of course in my service record he refused. What to do now?
Mayur is an 18 year-old boy living in Sawantwadi, a brilliant boy who passed his 12th exam
with 92% marks. Since he wanted to become an engineer from the beginning, he decided to
pursue his education from the Ratnagiri Engineering College (REC), considered the best in
the Konkan division. Mayur is the only son of his parents and since childhood he is shy and
introverted and doesn't have many friends. Since he is the only child, Mayur's parents have
been overprotective of him . Mayur persuades his parents to complete his own dream and
gets admitted to REC.
Mayur has to stay in the same room with both his roommates Varun and Sushant in the REC
Hostel. At first, Mayur finds it difficult to adjust to the new environment of the college, but
with the help and support of Studious roommates Varun and Sushant, Mayur begins to
enjoy the college life. In the very first month after the college starts, an introduction
program is organized by the Senior students for the new students, in which the new
students have to walk the ramp and introduce themselves. . Varun and Sushant freely
participate in the program with sportsmanlike attitude. But Mayur can't stand this activity
and shivered due to fear and denied to participate.
After the event, Varun and Sushant console Mayur and tell him that every new student has
to face such things in his college life, so he should not take such things to heart. But this
incident shakes Mayur completely and then he limits himself to lectures, library and his own
room. Next month, a freshers party is organized by a group named ‘Mast Boys’ which
consist of four senior students – Madan, Sadrique , Ajay & Trilok . All four of them who are
so famous keep harassing Mayur by calling him 'Mayuri' and hence taking into consideration
the past experience Mayur decides not to go to the party. Varun and Sushant try to
persuade him but Mayur prefers to stay in his room and study without listening to them.
Mast Boys consider Mayur's absence as their insult. Mayur does not let all these incidents
reach to his parents but his parents felt his discomfort from his phone conversation.
Meanwhile Mayur is ordered by the Mast boys to help the girl named by Tia in his class in
the exam, Because Tia is Trilok's girlfriend. Mayur is initially apprehensive, but later refuses
to help Tia and starts avoiding Mast Boys too. Mayur doesn't agree with Mast Boys despite
constant threats and finally complains to The Principal Mr. Shankaran against Mast Boys
but no action is taken from him. On the contrary Mr. Shankaran advises Mayur to ignore
Mast boys. In the meantime, Mayur starts liking Neeta, a girl from his class, but when Neeta
comes to know about this, Neeta warns Mayur in clear words that Mayur should not even
think about Neeta because she likes Madan.
In the very first Semester exam, Mayur fails in one subject, which shocks him and his
parents. When the reason for this is asked by the parents, Mayur only says that some students are harassing him but it is not a serious matter and further Mayur says that they
should not worry about Mayur & he is fine.
One day, when Mayur is alone in his room, the Mast boys come into his room and threaten
that Mayur must complete all their projects or else has to face dire consequences. Mayur is
not afraid of this threat so Trilok and Madan decide to implement their plan but this is
opposed by Ajay and Sadrique. Ajay and Sadrique starts convincing Trilok and Madan by
saying that plan was made only to scare Mayur but it was decided that plan will not to be
implemented. They try to persuade them by telling them that the plan was just to scare
Mayur but it went in vain and it turns into a huge debate. After this Ajay and Sadrique left
Mayur's room but Madan and Trilok lock Mayur's room from inside and with the use of
force they compel Mayur to get naked and make a video of him & threatened that if Mayur
doesn't complete their project, this video will be made viral everywhere through social
media.
10 days after this incident on 20th January 2022 Mayur is found hanging in his room. The
college administration claims that the incident is a case of suicide, but the parents file a
complaint with the police saying that it is a case of ragging.

Our society in Mumbai was redeveloped in 2008 after which I was allotted a first floor flat as against the ground floor one, I was staying in the old building. My flat is now 102 and my neighbour is 101. Now below our flat on the ground floor there is ICICI Bank, which is a tenant of one of the members. Extended from the typical elevation of the building from 1st to 7th floor, there is a foyer area of the bank, the ceiling of which serves as a terrace for our flats 101 & 102 and our kitchen and bedroom open out to it.
For cleaning the filth caused by bird droppings, fallen leaves and dust, we had made an access door from the kitchen as it directly impacts us and is a health hazard for us if not regularly cleaned. The society was OK with it all along but now we as Super Senior citizens in flat 102 have moved to a Care Home and have rented the flat. The society says tenant has no right to use this terrace and has locked it.
Regardless of member or tenant, the health hazard is the same for the residents if not cleaned frequently. Please note, this terrace area does not figure in our flat agreements with the builder nor does the extended foyer area figure in the BMC approved plan of the society. We have not asked the builder for the terrace but got it because of the architectural plan after redevelopment.
Kindly advise what is our recourse under the law, we have no objection to it being demolished. No other flats in the building can access the terrace from any common area of the society.
Your advice will give us the direction we need to move to have the matter sorted out.
Thank you.

Respected Experts,
My name is written in all my important documents like aadhar & educational certificates as " S V N Rishitha Pinnammaneni". Where as my name is written in Passport as "Sai Venkata Naga Rishitha Pinnammaneni" which is nothing but a full form of my abbreviated name, as passport won't take names with
abbreviations.
So, now I want to change my name legally to - "Sai Rishitha Pinnammaneni". It helps me to maintain consistency and keeps my name short and convenient. Now I should go through all the processes of affidavit, newspaper publishing & Gazette . Changing name in educational certificates is a tedious task so i just plan on showing the legal name change proof attached in the future scenarios.
Now, Please advice me experts what old name should I use in the affidavit, newspapers & Gazette. CASE 1:- If I use my full name as in passport, it might lead to confusion in the future as all my important documents are in abbreviated name. I plan to do MS abroad, so if I use full name I'm worried they will ask about why my old name in the affidavit/Gazette is not matching with my certificates name.
CASE 2 :- If I use my abbreviated name, I'm worried that passport office won't accept it. What if they disagree to change my name as my old name in Gazette will be my abbreviated name but not my old passport full name .
CASE 3 :- Is it possible to mention both my names in the affidavit, newspapers & Gazette?
Stating like " I, S V N Rishitha Pinnammaneni also known as Sai Venkata Naga Rishitha Pinnammaneni going to change my name to Sai Rishitha Pinnammaneni "
Is it okay if I mention my both names in affidavit newspapers and Gazette? Will there be enough space to mention my both names?
Please help me on this experts, What old name will be legal & lawful? What old name should I use in my affidavit, newspapers & Gazette? My full name or abbreviated name Or both??
Closing Prosecution evidence by Magistrate is?
