Procedure to withdraw consumer case

Respected Lawyers,

I need your valuable guidance in withdrawing the case from Hon'able District Consumer Forum Gautam Buddha Nagar, U.P.
I had filed the case on a mobile company for faulty handset. Now the opposite party is ready to refund the amount.
Can you please guide me, what is the procedure to withdraw the consumer case?
Also what are the key points to keep in mind while withdrawing the case?
If possible please share Sample Application Letter for case withdrawal.

Kcc loan default

Sir my father had taken KCC loan in 2018 and he died in 2020 and till now not a single penny has been paid to bank. What should I do now to avoid paying complete amount.?

Encroachment in common passage area

We have done some beautification out of main door and its only in the walls and do not cover any common area floor space.

Bank asks to submit original documents again

Hi,

I have submitted my sale deed to the bank along with my loan application but the problem is they haven't provided the acknowledgment, They called and told me after 4 years that you haven't submitted the documents with the bank and need to submit them within 10 days. IS this possible they can sanction the loan without the document?

Can I file an RTI or complaint against the bank without acknowledgment?

Please provide some advice.

Property issue

i lost my mother just 10month back.
My two brother stole her jewelary and cash.
They also forcing me to transfer my share of house property on their name.i have the call recording for the same.

In the late fathers WILL sons name mentioned as Sudhir Sharma...where as the sons full name as per records read

Typographical error in name of e-stamp purchaser

I paid for stamp duty for registration through a third party. But this vendor has inadvertently written 'Vijay' in place of 'Ajay' during the payment of stamp duty. However, in the registered agreement, my name is correct and also registration has been done with the correct name and issued index-2.

But now I am in confusion whether this can bring any problem in future to me as the payer name is different from the registered buyer name. Pls, help me to sort out the problem.

Tenant residential address as registered office

Our tenant is using his residential address of our whole bungalow as registered office on various sites like creditwatch,companyvakil,zaubacorp.com

He is tenant since 1940 when his great grandfather came
Not listening to remove our Bungalow name as registered office
He says that's his residential address

Priority on debts

I was borrowed 1 lakh rupees from one person by year 2012.i borrowed 75000rupees from new person by 2015.i couldn't repay these amount until now. New person has promissory note from me while lending.but first lender don't have any surety from me.my assets value is less than total debt .If new lender approach court to attach my property, first lender will lose chance to attach property.actually he should get justice because he is first lender and amount is bigger than second debt.i am ready to give my property to these people by dividing on debt ratio.but second man claimed full property instead of his amount. So if this guy move a petition, how can I protect first person?
