I was provided keys of flat by the builders person in 2016.
I has told him to get the work done which was
1. Leakage and seepage on all the walls.
2. Flush system malfunction
3. Door not closing
4. Leakage in all ducts.
I was always told that we will get it done etc.
a) Then builder formed the society by bring in someone from government in Mah. luckily I was there & raised objection as he has not got the work done, but the government official said that if its not formed we will have our person placed here, and a society was formed.
b) Now builder is not providing me procession letter and parking letter.
c) I started getting the repairs done in 2020 Sept and had got the walls painted and proofed 4 times since. Am myself sitting here since 27/4 and the leakage and other problems are still there.
d) BVG the service person appointed by SOCIETY is helpless, and am told that builder is not responding to society people and has not handed over & there is some lawyer also appointed by them.
I want to file a criminal case against the builder, as I am fed up of running and its costing me every day to get the repairs done.
I am not able to sell because I do not have procession letter and parking letter, thou there is a place with my flat no written there on ground.
Under which all sections can I proceed, the builder is also having new projects coming up in Pune and I want to get them halted as enough is enough.

I am a landlord in Ballygunge area, Kolkata, West Bengal. My tenant on monthly rent wants to surrender the possession of the self contained flat against a lumpsum money. Since, I don't require the flat, he has arranged a third party, who would take the possession of the flat by paying a lumpsum money ( Salami). Now, what is the percentage of salami, the tenant who wants to surrender the possession of the flat, is entitled to the total amount of the lumpsum money ( Salami ), which would be paid by the third party, as per the prevailing market rate in the locality.

I have come across a case, where an employee was asked to resign and he duly submitted resignation via email. But the resignation was never acknowledged or acceptance issued by employer.
Now the notice period has expired, but no relieving letter has been issued by employer even after a week of expiry of notice period.
As the employee would prefer the employment to continue in current difficult scenario, he has not asked for relieving / relieving letter.
Is the employee still employed by the employer per law? And is the employee entitled to wages till the time formal relieving is done?

Hello,
I have sold my house in Nov 2019 and now wish to buy another property before Nov 2021. To avoid property gain tax I'll have to buy the house asap.
Recently I have shortlisted a pagadi property in Andheri west. The property is in custody of the original owner.
Will there be a sale deed?
Will the transaction be registered?
How much would be the stamp duty n registration charges?
Please guide...
