Bail by magistrate when accused has been given police-bail

In a matter of 354 IPC, the accused was arrested by SHO/IO and released on Police-Bail. Now charge-sheet will be submitted in court in next week, and accused is directed by SHO/IO to appear in court at the time of filing of charge-sheet by him.

My query is weather I should apply for anticipatory bail of my client to prevent the apprehension of sending him in Jail by the Magistrate or I should direct apply for his bail before the Court of the Magistrate at the time of his appearance with SHO/IO in the Court at the time of filing of the charge-sheet.

Weather the Magistrate would grant him bail without sending him in Jail?

Please guide with citations.

Muslim inheritance shariat law

(All Sunni Muslim)
Through former husband Mrs. A has 2 sons R and I.
Mrs. A remarries Mr. B. Out of this marriage no sons / daughters were born. Mr. B through his earlier marriage had 3 sons, wherein 2 sons died before Mr. B. Only one son is alive.
Mr. B dies intestate.
So should we consider that Mrs. A is a CHILDLESS WIDOW.
How the shares will be divided between deceased 2 sons legal heirs, living Son and living Widow in the property of Mr. B? Will the legal heirs of the deceased son gets any share in B's property? If we consider her CHILDLESS WIDOW then as per Shariat Law, a Childless Widow will inherit 1/4th share in the deceased’s property.
Mrs A is filing Partition Suit, so how much share she should claim 1/8th or 1/4th?
Will the step-sons R and I can get any share in Mr. B's property as per Shariat Law? Please help.

Query on nhai

Dear learned Experts, all of you know that "no stamp duty shall be payable for any document if it is executed by or in favour of Central/State Government under Sec.3 of Indian Stamp Act. Now, the NHAI is purchasing some lands for NH purposes. Here my doubt is, whether the NHAI (though it is under the Central MInistry of Roads and Transport) comes under an "autonomous body" or a Government Department. Some of the Registration Departmental Officers are saying it is a Central Government Department and some of saying that it is an autonomous body. So there is an ambiguity. So I request you to please give your valuable advice and if possible with authoritative orders.
