Pushtaini zameen pe naam

Humare dada pradada ki ek zameen hai jispar sirf humare dada aur unke bhaeyon ke hi naam the. 35+ years back.
unke beton ke naam nahi the.
Kuch saal pehle humare chacha ne milke apne pitaji ke naame ke badle apne naam daale diye aur humare dadaji ke naam hata diye woh bhi humko bina bataye ya puche. ( jab humne khasra number se land records nikal ke dekhe tab pata chala).
Jab humne unse pucha toh bol rahe hain ke tumhari thi hi nahi kyun ke tumhara naam bhi nahi hai, jab ki purane records mai naam the.
ab hum kya kar sakte hain. humare ghar hain usse khet mai.

Regarding. govt job

My mother was in BSNL before 11 years ago she died. That time I was applied for a job on compensation grounds but no response.... so I just want to know that can I apply again for the same....no response from the side of bsnl.... suggest me what can I do...now my father was also expired....

Regarding a property

Hi,

My grandfather gave a property to my father through registered will 10 years back. It has been under my father's possession since then. My grand father passed away 9 years back. My grand father has 3 sons.

Can my father's siblings challenge that registered will now after this many years and ask share in the property ?.

Domestic violance

In case husband slapped the wife & left the house for indefinite time. In between wife call her father and reached the spot found the households are scattered the lock of main door is broken. And the husband is not in the house. What charges could be impose on the husband. In MLC there is minor injury in left shoulder.

Ownership of rented property

We have one house which was rented to Mr A. the property was in the name of ABC Trust.
The trustee issued rent receipt to Mr A. All the trustee of ABC Trust has expired. some member of society
registered another trust in the name of XYZ Trust. XYZ trustee filed suit in the court for eviction of Mr A.
Mr A (tenant) submitted the receipt issued by ABC TRust. The court rejected the suit.
The XYZ Trust wish to get the house vacate .Please give your opinion what step may be taken
to get Mr A evict from the house.

Rent agreement during lock down

My employer requested a Rent Agreement as a compulsory condition to get HRA benefit, where the rent agreement should clearly specify the duration of the period exemption is claimed i.e from 1st April 2020 onwards .
Now my query is - During the period starting from nationwide lock down from 24th March 2020 till Unlock 1.0 started from June 1,2020 - most of the sub registrar office and notary services were suspended so legal rent agreement work was NOT done in most of the courts/sub registrar office.
Want to know if there is any verdict from any court or any other law which provides exemption that if a rent agreement created on a later date can cover the entire HRA claimed period starting 1st April. What and how I should do to satisfy my employer condition of rent agreement with start date of specified period

Land matter

Dear experts
A person having land on his name having patta and title deeds and also got a loan from grameena bank.all of a sudden anX who has no right or title tried to enter into the land and the person filed an injunction suit and honorable court issued an urgent notice to X. suddenly that X cleaned the land in the over night stones ercted as plots with out having any approvals from the authorities. Under these circumstances that person can file a CRIMINAL case against X.The police is telling that it is a civil case but not considered the entering into the land and making plots with out having any approvals from the authorities.
Hence a suitable advices requests on this issue

Condition patta land rules

I am planning to buy an agricultural land in erode district Tamil Nadu. The owner says it is condition patt and can be converted to Ayan patta easily. Please tell me whether it is possible and what are the steps or formalities? How much will it cost extra per acre?
