Hello Team,
We recently tried to rent out an apartment in Hyderabad. The total amount of deposit was 50 k and we paid 10 k as token amount. 1 week before the move in date, the owner demanded that we draft the rental agreement with a lawyer ( that stays near us ). We stated that this would not be possible due to work hours and the delay in overall procedure ( since they mentioned earlier that they would be the one drafting it out ). In conclusiveness, the owner cancelled the plan to rent us the room and refused to return the token amount (10k ). We also paid 4k from our pocket to get the cleaning done. While we do not have MoU signed, the amount was transferred via bank. If we opt to take the legal pathway, would that play in our favour or rather how good chance do we stand?

Hi,
We are four brothers and we have 30 acres of land and out of it 12 acres is ancestor property and the rest 18 acres is bought on my money as I was a working person alone in the family and the rest 3 are looking after the land in the village and we were not separated till 2018 and in 2019 we got separated and our ancestor property was divided with 4 brothers i.e., 3 acres each and rest 18 acres have been registered on my name and their willingness also have been asked as the other 18 acres was purchased when we were together and they had no dispute in this matter.
Its been a year we have separated and we wanted to develop the land now, but now they are asking for equal distribution of land as it was purchased when we were together and they are approaching the court for it
Kindly help me with the legal procedure to protect my property which was purchased by myself.

Dear Sir
I am an employee of central govt department and working as a scientific officer. Presently I am posted at the southern part of Tamilnadu which is so far from my native place Kolkata, West Bengal. unfortunately, recently my parents are ill and suffering from various problems like high sugar, BP etc and unable to take care of themselves also my sister is there who is at 2nd year of college.
hence I want to get a transfer to my home state (where already our department office is present) to take care of my old parents and to provide them with a routine medical check-up.
But my employer is not considering my request at all.
Is any central govt memorandum or any law to which can help me in this regard?

In the month of July I have executed a sale agreement for x value with a time period of 90 days. In the first week of Telangana Govt. banned registrations due to implementation of new revenue act. They have also issued a GO to prohibit registration of all the panchayath approved properties. While executing a sale agreement I have clearly told that my property is panchayath approved accordingly agreed the price. Now if I want to go with DTCP/Municipal approval, it would cost me nearly 9.00 lacs. But buyer is telling that I have to bear this cost and get the property registered in his name. With proper approvals my property value is X+ here, hence I am arguing that if I go with approval, buyer has to bear approval charges else I have to revise the agreed pricing for my property. For both he is not willing, neither he is not ready to cancel the sale agreement. Kindly suggest best possible action to me here to move ahead.

Unauthorized sharing of bank account number to third party
Private Bank shared account number with third party without consent from account holder. What action account holder can take against Bank ? There are valid evidences of sharing account number with third Party.
In order to counter this step of Bank, account holder posted messages against Bank on Social media and other public platform. What steps a private bank can take if someone post defamatory message against Bank on social media and pump-lets on public places etc?
