sr i enrolled in karnataka bar council,but now want to change to tamil nadu bar council.please end details about to change and what documents are need,what certificate will recieve from karnataka bar council?

My sisters husband died intestate. He has investments in UTI units and others and also a piece of land in Tamil Nadu. There is only One legal heir who is resident in Mumbai. My question is
1. Whether legal heir certificate will be valid for transfer and registration of land and other assets in the name of the legal heir.?
2. What is the law in Tamil Nadu with respect to registration of land by letter of administration or legal heirship holder?
3. How much is stamp duty application for obtaning legalheirship certificate and succession certificate?

Dear Sir/Madam,
If a person is paying rent to the Housing society to park his car in the open space of land inside the society premises but has not been given permission to park his car at a particular spot and by parking his car in that spot he is causing obstruction to the other vehicles on the drive way and not moving his vehicle when asked to do so. Can this be considered Poaching on the societies open space of land.
What action can the MC take against such a member doing so.

I'm from Tamilnadu Hindu family.
My grandfather died intestate in 1960 leaving behind his son (x) and daughter(y).
I'm the son of his daughter.
After the death of my grandfather the revenue details got mutation to his son X name only. Now we have conflict with the property. We are planning for filing partition suit in court.
The property is the self acquired property of my grandfather.
After his death, the death was not registered.
How to get the death and legal heir certificate now??

An advertisement company has erect a tower on my roof for advertisement purpose.The agreement has been lapse for last 3years , and payment has not been made for last three year.

We are having 10 registered Co-Op Societies around our society. Few Members from other societies has formed federation without any registration with government. Now they are pressurizing us to join the federation and Pay Rs. 200/- Maintenance Charges Monthly for common Maintenance. Our Committee Members are also in favor of joining the same despite oppose from few members.
What action can members take to oppose legally?
Where can i find law for federation formation?
Does the Conveyance Deed will be done on Federation Name?

Nomination of bank deposit
My father in law has deposited an amount in a local cooperative society on 24.12.14 and filed a nomination in favour of my mother in law.The society has accepted the nomination and registred the same in their system
After death of father in law my mother in law claimed the deposit amount as nominee.But the society refused to pay the amount stating that the nomination was invalid as only name of the nominee is mentoned in the nomination.Copy of the nomination form has not been produced despite demand.A statement of account relating to the deposit shows that nomination has been registered.
Can the Society go back on thier acceptance of nomination after 6 years??
Is there any proven case? Is there any provision in the law to help her?
