Poor construction

Hi,

I am Mahesh. We reside in Hyderabad in the state of Telangana. We bought an individual constructed house from a local builder in the year 2018. From outside the house looks good. We enquired with the builder about what materials we used in construction. He showed few raw materials lying around the construction as used materials. But within few months after moving into the house, we found that the building construction was not done properly. Cracks were seen and also the floor which is of marble is going inward into ground. The compound wall was so weakly consurted that in an month it had to be build with support pillars(which the builder said will be the last renovation that is on him). When we ask about the floor and cracks, he says it is not his problem anymore. Is there any law under which he is liable to repair or atleast compensate us.

Please give a solution and suggestions are also appreciated.

Thank you

How to stop sale of land ?

We are seeking urgent help to STOP SALE OF OUR LAND with concerned authorities as we will be forced to become homeless if our land is sold. Our father Mr. Deb Narayan Sharma having who divorced our mother, Geeta Sharma and now wants to sale our decades old land and flee away making all of us homeless forever. We are four children (all major) from our parents and our father does not wants to give us any share in his property which was purchased by his mother Mrs. Kulapati Sharma who is no more alive now. Deb Narayan Sharma wants to destroy us by making us homeless by selling ancestral property. He has become an enemy for us. The land is registered in his name which was purchased by his mother. Please HELP us by stopping this sale of land at any cost for us which is the only hope for us to live.

As per our divorce conditions and family court ruling, he has to provide us accommodation to our stay if he sells the property. He does not want to give us any rupee. The court also asked to pay 3000 per person to my mother and two daughters which have not been given to us which has been years now. He is having links with gangsters and repeated warns us to have devastating consequences (Harming us physically & killing us). He has paid to Local police station officials who helps him. We do not want any more court cases as we have gone through seven years of mental torture in court cases already.

Please HELP us by stopping this sale of land at any cost for us which is the only hope for us to live. We hope our plea is heard and some action is taken to bring our family some peace and much needed protection.

1. How we can stop the sale of land ?
2. What to do for the warning us to kill us ?
3. What should be our next step in line with our rights & safety ?
4. Does not children have rights in the property of father ?

Clarity on early reliving &recovery of joining bonus

Respected Sir

Need your help has I'm facing a financial crisis beacuse of a sudden decision by my company of relieving me early and hence recovering of joining bonus.

I have Joined my Company on 15th June 2018. And I put down my resigination on 20th March 2020. As per my appointment letter I was suppose to serve complusary 90 Days Notice Period. which I was willing to serve. My Last working day in the system was showing has 19th June 2020 thus I was completing 2 years with the company by the time i would have left.
Everything was going on smoothly during my noice period when one fine day on 16th April 2020 my company called and informed me that they will be reliving me from the company tomorrow with immediate effect by just giving 1 days notice and they actually relived me on 17th April 2020. Now my present company is demanding from me to pay back 4 Lakhs Recovery Amount of Joining Bonus which they paid when I joinined. It had a clause that if i leave company before completion of 2 years I need to pay backthe same.
I want to ask you all the experts here the following things :-
1) Since I was willing to serve my 90 Days of Notice period completely and my actual last working date in the company was after completion of 2 years only, just beacuse of this sudden decision from companies end to relive me early am I liable to pay back this joining bonus amount of 4 lakhs back to the company.

2) Beacuse of this sudden decision I could join my new company only after a gap of 2 weeks in May 2020 therefore incurring a loss in salary for 2 weeks period since I was jobless for 2 weeks sitting in home .Also since my present company relieved me before 2 months from my actual last date Am i eligile to get some compensation for this 2 weeks of joblessness or thr remaing 2 months.

I will be very grateful if you can guide me.

insufficient notice period or compensation in lieu thereof, or the decision to waive the notice
