Advice to face domestic violence pettition

I got married on 2015 and we are living seperately since 2016. WE have a son born on December 2016. My wife wanted me to abondon my parents and life a seperate life which i havent agreed to and that is the source of the main problem.

There has been couple of mediations through elders which failed because she wanted her parents to live with us since her brother left them and she needs to take care of them. after agreeing to most of the conditions , she refused to live still and cut down all connections with my family.

She was from another town and shifted to chennai without my knowledge and I couldnt reachout to her through any means of communication since 2017. three months back she filed a domestic violence complaint in a police station which failed from her side.

I received a summon from court yesterday that she filed a case under DV act 2005 for protection and maintanance to hersef and my son who is 3 years now.

I earn about 1 lakh a month and she earns about 60,000 per month.

Also I dont want my son's life to be destroyed to. I wanted to save my marriage for his sake atleast but from the complaint I could see that is not gonna happend.

What should I be doing to defend the case? Is tehre any posibility to get my son to stay with me atleast on weekends?

Please advice

Regarding Medical Admission

My father migrated from Andhra Pradesh to Chennai. He did his Masters in mechanical engineering at IIT Madras. He thereafter settled in Chennai for 25 years. He has married my mother who is a telugu brahmin girl but born and brought up in Tamil Nadu. Now, we belong to the Adi Andhra community which is recognised by both the TamilNadu and Andhra Pradesh governments. Based on my father's community certificate and TC , myself and my sister got our community certificates. Now my sister wrote NEET exam and she applied for the Tamil Nadu state counselling. Since my sister was born and did her schooling completely in the state of Tamil Nadu , her name appeared in the merit list. But she was recognised as OC. When consulted with the Directorate of Medical Education, they said that since our father's community certificate is in Andhra Pradesh , we shall be considered under open competition only. Is the Medical Council justified in it's action? Please help me out honourable lawyers!!!!

Consumer court case

Dear sir,
I have purchased 1.5 ton 5star ac from Patiala Punjab, from Hitachi authorised dealer. He charged me rs 49000/- With gst as tax invoice, when I enquired from others dealer they said the price is rs 45000/ with gst for same model which I purchased. When i complained to Hitachi customercare email , they don't resolved it. Is there any law in favour of customer, that different dealers charged different pricing for same Hitachi company product. If any senior citizens buy ac , it is impossible for them to go different dealers and enquire prices. Can we complaint in consumer court or any other way. It is very complex price structure of dealer pricing, as consumer got confused on purchasing.

Expired bank guarantee

My Bank Guarantee has been expired on 10.10.2008. It was given as a performance in favor of xyz against the contract awarded. The contract was terminated in March 2010. I have a dispute with the departement. I have given a legal notice to that extent. I have asked the Department to give back the BG originail as it it is expired and no use for them. They have not responded. I have approached the Bank to discharge my BG. They have asked for Original BG. I have informed that is not necessary as the BG is already expired long back. They have told that it is certain that we will not invoke the BG after expire date; but dicharge the BG original BG is required; that is the Bank Rule. Anyy body advise in this context. Is there any such rule either in Banking Laws or in legal paralance?

Sign differ on two occassions

Sir,
Our case is in court under sec 138 , the complainant send us notice for check bounce, we go to court case in progress, actually check in question was not issued to complainant but to someone else. we filled application under sec 263 ipc . the complainant was not interested to give reply but after one year after many dates they forced by judge to give reply and the complainant gived the reply of sec 263. what we found by examine the documents that sign of complainant on privious documents like notice was different than reply of 263.

it means either the sign on previous document or the sign on 263 reply is forged or signed by someone else.
what can we do in that case what action should we take pls suggest

House matters

My grandfather has passed over a house to my father on oral terms. There was no written agreement or will. Legally the house is in the name of my grandfather's other son. Around 50 years back, the said house was passed to my father amicably by my grandfather and uncle and since then we have been residing at the same house. Until my uncle and father were alive there was no objection regarding the house but now that both are dead my uncle's sons are objecting stating that legally the house is in their fathers name. What is the solution or legal advice for this matter.
