Affidavit from family members

I am planning to buy a 156 square yards plot in 1 acre venture in village.


My doubts:

1. Land owner purchased this 1 acre in 2003. Is it necessary to take signatures from wife and children of land owner at the time of registration?

2. Land owner has not taken layout approval. But He is willing to pay land conversion fee in Panchayat. Is it ok?

Tenants beaten and falsely claimed of creating nuisance

Please read and reply soon I need urgent help. I live in a triplex apartment. All the people are owners except me. The water and motor electricity bill are common. A few flats owners would come and take a double bill amounts from me. They never showed me the bills even after requesting and pleading for months so they could receive an extra amount and don't pay the bill. Lately, I have started collecting all the bills. The woman whose's bills I paid earlier first tried to threaten me saying that our area inspector is her relative. I didn't get afraid thinking those were empty threads. She didn't give the bills of past three months and went somewhere. When she returned I asked her to pay the amount, but she hit me in the eye and called the local policeman before I could take any legal action against her. She pre-planned everything because she already had three false witnesses in her home who told the officer that I was beating her and she helplessly fell. She is 65 year old and was acted so well as if she was beating though I had merely touched her hair. To protect myself I hit her but it was she who attacked me first. My eye is totally red know. The policeman told that I should shift somewhere else. I showed my eye which she punched and also the bills she didn't give. Instead of taking my side he pushed me to give my landlord's number. The policeman is indeed her relative. His name is Vinod. After that day I went to my landlord and took their permission for registering an FIR against the woman. The police officer at the station called Vinod as soon as I told him what had happened they had a long conversation. He than passed my FIR application to the lady inspector. No one listened to me and instead the lady inspector said that she could put me into the lockup for nuisance I caused the old woman. I can't change a house right now because the kids will soon have their exams further my husband doesn't have time to search for new rental options in the same area. I want to teach her a lesson. Please tell me what should I do. I have nil knowledge of laws.

Chsl secretary not giving copis of audit report and minutes

SIR OUR HOUSING SOCIETY IN PANVEL RAIGAD DISRICT WAS FORMED IN THE YEAR DECEMBER 2016 BY THE DEVELOPER. HOWEVER UNTILL 2 YEARS THE SECRETARY DID NOT CALL FOR AGM. AFTER LOT OF DELIBERATION HE CALLED FOR AGM. HE DID NOT ISSUE ANY CIRCULAR BUT SENT A MESSAGE ON WHATSAPP. THERE WAS NO AGENDA N MEETIG WAS HELD ALONG WITH THEIR OW GROUP WITHOUT ANY COCLUSIVE DISCUSSION. THE MEMBERS WERE NOT GIVEN ANY DOCS SUCH AS AGENDA, ACTS, AUDIT REPORT, PREVIOUS YEAR AGM MEETING COPY SUCH AS. ONE OF THEIR OWN MANAGED AUDITOR WAS PRESENT FOR THE MEETING WHO GAVE ALL WRONG INFO TO THE MEMBERS THAT IF THE MATER IS TAKEN TO COURT OR REGISTRAR THEN NOBODY WOULD BE ABLE TO SELL OR PURCHASE THE FLAT. THERE IS LOT OF ILLEGALITIES IN THE SOCY ACTS AD EXPENSES. HE CHAIRMAN HAS PENT 50000 AND HE SAYS HE DOESNT HAVE ANY BILLS OR VOUCHERS. ******WHEN I INFORMED THE SECRETARY THAT IS COMPULSORY TO GIVE A COPY OF THE DOCS TO EACH MEMBER HE JUST IGNORED IT. NOW AFTER A MONTH OR SO ONCE AGAIN I REQUESTED HIM. HE SAID HE DOESNT HAVE . THEN HS SAID HE WILL GIVE IT ONE OF THE MEMBERS. THE NEXT DAY I ASKED HIM ABOUT THE DOCS HE BECAME VIOLENT AND STARTED HUMILIATING ME AND USED UNCIVILIED AND THREAENING AND RESENTING LANGUAGE WHILE SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF HIS VOI8CE. HE WARNED ME THAT HENCE FORTH I SHOULD NOT CALL HIM NOR MESSAGE HIM. THEY HAVE A GROUP OF 10 YOUNGSTERES WHO ARE WORKING FOR HPCL SO THEY ARE SUPPORTING HIM AND NOT RAISING ANY OBJECTIONS OR QUESTIONS AGAINST HIM. THEY ARE ALWAYS SUPPORTING HIM. ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHT THEY HAVE A DRINK PARTY EITHER ON THE TERRACE OR IN THE WATCHMAN ROOM. PLEASE ADVICE WHICH IS THE PROPER AGENCY I SHOULD APPROACH FOR RELIEF FOR ALL THESE HARRASSMENT AND MENTAL TORTURE.

Sec 406 IPC

Respected Lawyers,

My ex-wife filed a case against me in 2012 complaining that my family members and me did not return her stridhan and other items she demanded for at our main house. She has retained her words in her cross also.

She has produced a paper on which details are that some of the items she is taking with her to her parental house and some of them like jewellery given by us and furniture items are lying with us in our main house. This paper is signed by 6 people, three of us and three of them including she and me on 23.5.2010

When she moved to a rental house with me in July 2010 she and me signed a paper on which it is written that all the items except 2 suits and a briefcase have been received in the rental house on 27.7.2010. She and me both signed it.

Then in April 2011 during her cross examination in the case u/s 125 she accepted before the court that " मैंने अपने वाद पत्र व शपथ पत्र में नहीं छुपाया है कि मैंने मई 2010 के बाद अपना सारा सामान प्राप्त करके अपने पति के साथ अलग रहना शुरू कर दिया था। ये सभी बातें मेरे वाद व शपथ पत्र में शामिल हैं।

In original complaint in 2012 she wrote that she demanded her materials from all of us at our main house which we refused to return.

Can you please throw some light on the possible outcome of the case keeping in view the above points. In fact this is a false case on me just to blackmail me and snatch money from me.

Some gifts given in engagement to boy and family members in cash and kinds by father of girl he is also willing to gift a residential area please advise me what is taxable and what is not to what extent

Registration act

Hi Sir,

I need one suggestion,

Is there any provision in the Registration Act that above 70 years old person can alone execute the register sale deed

Or she/he need any family member while doing the registration.

SRA Scheme Eligibility

Hi,

We have 2 slums in Mumbai one in my Father's name and another in my name...the first slum was purchased before 1995 and we have all the required documents photo pass etc...the second slum was purchased in 2008 in my name..the photo pass is still in the name of previous house owner which is before 1995 and I have electricity bill and Aadhaar card in my name and address of this slum since 2008...also i have recently purchased a flat in Badlapur in my name.

Will I be eligible under SRA scheme for this second slum..i have agreement proof.. photo pass in the name of previous owner... electricity bill and Aadhaar card in my name since 2008.

Please help..

Eviction suit

Sir,

I am a Landlord want to evict my tenant who has been on rent for last 30years, for my own bonafied requirement.

I consult a Lawyer he advice me to directly filed eviction suit, without giving prior notice and time to tenant.

I want to know whether the step is correct , whether any problem will occurs later on.

Please provide your valuable suggestion in this matter.
