SHOULD BRIDE'S FATHER PAY INSTALLMENT TO KEEP STUBORN FATHER-IN-LAW HAPPY BY USING CAR, HOWEVER HIS STATUS DOESN'T SUIT TO USE CAR FOR OFFICE OR OTHERWISE. SON-IN-LAW, NUETRAL, DON'T WANT TO USE OR TAKE OBLIGATION OF CAR.DAUGHTER AFRAID OF DISCLOSING HER RESPONSIBILITY TO HER HUSBAND. CLIENT HAS TWO MORE SELF-DEPENDENT INTELLIGENT TOPPER DAUGHTERS, WHO DO NOT WANT TO SET PRECEDENT OF GIVING CAR IN DOWRY. KINDLY SUGGEST A PRACTICAL RESOLUTION?
I along with my colleagues stay in a new housing complex (posession started in April 2007)in KHARGHAR, NAVI MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA.
This complex towers and a host of other emenities like clubhouse etc, childrens play area & party lawn. We have got to know from reliable soures that the builder wants to build two new towers after bringing down the children's play area & the party lawn and has applied to CIDCO for approval.
How should we go about handling this? Also can we go ahead and form a housing welfare associateion/society. What is the process for that. Is there any professional body/eminent lawyer in Navi Mumbai who can offer professional help to us.

My company had purchased a land which was alloted by the state of maharashtra to a farmers under the celing act and thereby the famers name was recorded in the7/12 extract as occupant class-2. We had obtained the permission for sale from the concerned authority after that we had purchased the said land by depositing the required nazarana and mututed our name in the record of rights but still our occupancy status is of class-2. We want to change the status of occupany status into class-1, what is the procedure for changing occupancy class-2 into occupany class-1 ?
