Mother's name

Hello Sir, I have a doubt that my biological mother died in 2013 and my father remarriaged and my step mother name is in my 10th 12th and graduation certificate as my father changed mother's name in my documents on the basis of marriage certificate and affidavit right in my schooling.
Unfortunately, in 2018 he also passed away.. my concern is that is there any issue as my biological mother name is in birth certificate and step mother's name in my all documents as i am applying for UPSC and state PCS Exams (Birth certificate is not a required doc during their verification). But there's not any issue with understanding with my step mother.
Please help, i use to overthink about it and it hinders my preparation.!!

Maharashtra stamp duty amnesty scheme

Maharashtra govt has initiated stamp duty amnesty scheme 2023 ( Mudrank shulk Abhay yojna )for documents registered but paid less stamp duty and have got demand notice or not even registered from 1/1/80 to 31/12/2000 , to pay stamp duty and regularise documents
I am having relinquishment deed for immovable property, in which my 3 uncle have relinquished their rights in favour of my father, all are co owners in property and also real brothers
My relinquishment deed is on Rs 100 stamp paper and notorized dated August 1998 . I applied on 25/1/24 for adjudication/ regularising of notorized relinquishment deed
I got it done today without paying any extra stamp duty, as they said in 1998, stamp duty for registration of relinquishment deed between blood relation was Rs 100 fixed, and my notorized relinquishment deed was already done on Rs 100 stamp paper, they certified my relinquished deed by putting their seal
( Seal of collector of stamps)
Now , I want to know relinquishment deed which is notorised and certified by collector stamps will be equal to registered Relinquishment deed?

Multiplicity of execution on same order maintainable?

Dear Experts,

As I defaulted on my wife's interim maintenance order (on her divorce), last year they filed an EP to attach my property that was transferred to neighboring district court for execution.

Now they are filing another EP for civil arrest.

Is this EP maintainable, can the order holder apply for multiple EP in same order.

Please advise.

Best way to win the lottery games

PLEASE READ !!! THINGS TO LOOK OUT FOR LOTTERY SPELL CASTERS...

1. look at their reviews or testimonials They should have some positive reviews from satisfied clients on their website.
2. Quality casters are willing to speak to you before you make a payment.
3. Ask the caster’s policy in situations where the client is not satisfied.
4. Don’t be afraid to ask for proof the spell was done
5. Only work with casters who can give you some information about what to expect as the spell manifests. Depending on the spell, giving an exact timeline can be difficult or impossible, but if they are experienced, they should know how long it takes on average.
6. Only work with casters who can give you %100 guaranteed work...
7. Also make sure they tell you ahead of time if there is work you need to do at home.
ETC...
My Name is Edwin Castro I won the record-breaking $2.04 billion Power ball lottery prize in November after purchasing a ticket from Joe’s Service Center in Altadena California, United State Of America.

Installed safety grills but gotta notice from amc

Hello, I purchased a ground-floor home and installed safety grills in the backyard due to issues with monkeys and dogs, as well as a shorter dividing wall. Recently, my neighbor filed a complaint with the AMC claiming that we made an illegal extension. They now demand the removal of both the grill and the roof. I want to clarify that no actual construction was done; it's just the installation of the grill for safety reasons.

We don't want any action to be taken against them; we just want to know how we can prove that it is not an extension but rather a safety measure. Also, is it legal if we install Collapsible grill instead of a fixed one?

Any guidance or assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Ancestors property

Sir,
My grandfather had 3 son and 2 daughters, at present all are expired and there children are present.

A property in neighbouring Village is there which is titled in the name of my uncle (Family head) i.e Grandfather 1st son after my Grandfather death.

Now my uncle's only son have transferred the title to his name after my uncle's death.

I am son of my Grandfather's 3rd son, I am also a share holder of the mentioned property. I also went to Talathi office to submit waras nondh application attached with affidavit of family tree and death certificates of my Grandfather, uncle and my father.

But the Talati did not accepted the application and told me to bring more documents (i.e Death certificates of all the deceased persons of my grandfather's family and Aadhar card of all the alive persons of grandfather's family).

I want to know is this mandatory to submit all documents with the application or what is the actual procedure.

Thankyou
