now a days most of the bank employee (clerical &subordinate cadre) are working beyond duty hours viz,6-30hours &7 hours respectively to complete their days work,moreover they were refused to pay any overtime allownce ,not only bank management
refuses to give any written order either to stay beyond duty hours or used this type of language that it is within your service condition to complete the work whatever may be the timing is. what should be the course of action at that time?Either refuses to work without office order or wait until the order issued ,no work to be done? please advise.

Hai Everybody !
My friend is working with Transport department in Tamil nadu. He was joined in service on 11.04.1975 as helper but in records that date was wrongly taken into consideration as 29.12.1976.
From that day to till the date he is trying to rectify this problem. Some of the steps taken by him including letter sent to his MD and the state CM.
But, till now, no result for them.
Could you help me to solve this problem since he is going to retire from the service within 6 months.

Dear Exprets,
I am facing problem with my GTPL broadband service providers. I have paid Rs.1655 as a cheque and Rs.250 as a cash on 26th june 2009 to Market executive. He gave me bill for Rs.1655 only not for cash Rs.250. After one and half month he returned my cheque and said that we are not able to provide services at your place and he committed me that he will return my cash Rs.250 after 2 to 3 days. Whenever i call him he say that i will come and return today but still he has not returned cash now its passed 3months. I called their customer care service center they said that their is no entry on their system regarding my payment details & my request for new connection but i have receipt of Rs.1655 that i have paid by cheque.
Now my concern is that he has not returned my cash Rs.250 and their is no entry in their system regarding my new connection request. What should i do to get my cash back & is there any legal procedure? but i dont have receipt of Rs.250.
Please suggest me that what should i do to solve my problem.

Hi Friends,
My sister got married last year and she has a baby of 8 months old. Her father-in-law is working in a Police department.
Recently we came to know that brother in law is searching for a girl through online in the matrimonial site and also was chatting with few girls. We have the proof of his ID which is used to chat with girls and also he has mentioned his mobile number and his pictures to contact girls.
But there family is not believing that his son has done all these things.
He had taken all the gold which we had given during marriage to get the money. Brother in-law is also drunked. We are really family of orthodox. During marriage they demanded for a Lakh, from that money they bought the Car on my sisters name.
Our family is really tensed and worried how to handle this. We don't want to ruin my sisters life. I would really appreciate if anyone here can give advice. We stay in Bangalore.

I a HINDU and purchased One small house in my wife name in 1980. She died due to illhealth after 3 years from date of purchase. From her I had one daughter and Now she is married in 2001 and settled in different place ie in her husband house she is having two children. After my first wife death I married and having one daughter and one son both un married. I have transfered house khatha in my name after my first wife death. still living in the same house. I have no other property. In case my first wife daughter asks for share in small residence property what is her share? Similarly what is the share for second wife daughter and son share?. Is second wife also have share in the house property which is left out by my first wife. Give me correct picture of share to each one ie. myself, first wife dauther and second wife second wife daughter and son.

Problem in getting Government jobs
Sir,
Once the police has been registered the FIR on 06-Mar-2005, and Submit charge, police authority has been to file charge sheet in court, on 30-Jan2009.
Accuse has charge in FIR IPC 302/448/149/148/147/27 ARMS ACT and
According to FIR he is member of mob.,
Please clearly me that person if eligible for Government jobs. That case He can face problem in getting Government jobs. Or not. What is law Government jobs for that condition.
