On the first appearance before the Judicial Magistrate is it required to file vakalat confirming the representation of counsel for the accused.
Will the court ask any details about appointment of defense counsel at first appearance. Charges are not yet framed, only the charge sheet is filed.

Accordig RTI act information commissions possess the powers of a civil court. Can it be inferred that it has powers to order forensic analysis of documents under dispute while hearing a RTI complaint to the commission.

Can an assesse having lasing operations in an Industrial Park and also Generation of Electricity from Windmill, claim both business incomes as deductions under Section 80-IA? Please let me know... Refer any case laws if possible or specific mention in the section

I Plan to open a resort in a piece of agricultural land that I own close to Hyd ( AP)...I own 54 acres of land and my friends own about 50 acre more..(a) Do I need to convert the agriculutral land to non agricultural if yes what is the procedure?(2) Can we merge the land holdings in 1 company and start the project will it come under agricultural land ceiling ?
