Dear Friends
Please clarify the following.
1) After the intestate death of partner in a firm how his share in the firm will be succeeded.
2) If the share transfers to the legal heirs and one of the legal heir dies leaving behind his widow and a minor child and subsequently said widow re-marries whether the said lady will succeed to the right of the said partner what about the right of the minor child.
3) If a legal heir of the partner dose not agree to settle the partnership dispute with other legal heirs then how to resolve the same.
Please guide me in the matter

whether joint affidavit/declaration by two persons on a single (10 Rs. stamp paper ) affidavit sworn before executive magistrate is valid or not.

I have summoned in a non bailable offence in complaint case by the court of judicial magistrate,now i want to file anticipatory bail also wants to challenge this order without surrondering before trial court,now problem is this for revision& anticipatory bail before sessions court i required a certified copy of summoning order,but as i am not on case file till now & i does not want to surrender than how i can apply/obtain certified copy of this summoning order.plz advice..Thanks

The format of affidavit required to prove nil income of wife for MHADA is in marathi. Is it also available in English?

i am frm andhra pradesh,my grand father purchased a agriculture land in his name in 1978 later he died in 1985,his wife died in 1990 he did not made any will
he had one son and two DAUGHTERS
after my gf ,son applied for patta land passbook and got land passbook in his name .son died in 2004 now the passbook tranferred to his (son)wife name
my question
1)the name in patta land passook made he/she owner of the property
2) if DAUGHTERS goes to court it is eligible or not

I have to register a conveyance deed of a society with the builder which documents are necessary ?and i want to know all the procedure in written form fm where should i obtain this? whether it is possible to execute the conveyance deed of the land where the total land is 5 acres & only one building on the area 1500 sq metres is constructed. the builder has formed the society.

applying for passport first time
If I can get some inputs on following:
what are the additional documents to be compulsorily submitted with passport application by a married woman i.e. the documents which are not required to be attahced by others.
Is the submisison of marriage certificate compulsory for a woman applicant??
Is declaration in Annexure D applicable in the cases when the pre marriage surname of husband and wife are same??
