Natural Guardian can protect the intersst of minor by himself and with the help of others .
Advocate SK Rohilla New Delhi (Expert) 03 August 2009
Yeas, provided it is for the benefit or necessary to protect the interest of minor child. Please note that before filing a suit for and on behalf of minor child, the guardian has to satisfy the court that it is for the benefit and to protect the interst of minor child. If desposition is found to be incorrect than guardian is liable for criminal action. On the other hand, on attaining the majority the minor can file a suit a-gresh/or challenge the decision of court passed during his minority.
