i mean to say good title of the land is that
which are the documents one should hold at any time, of his property so that there is no legal problem in future weakening his claim over the property

hi,
i have a land which has a canal road on one side and zilla parishads road on the other and rest two side i have other parties land
now one of the party has blocked the zilla parishad road which is illeagal
what step i should do to clear the block , which authority i should be approching for doing the same ,

Dear Friends,
Recently I got a legal opinion regarding citizenship.I need your opinion regarding this matter.
My Client is from Taiwan Country. Now his wife pregnant. His wife wants to deliver her child in India so that he can get citizenship of India. Is this Possible??
I think at present position this is not possible in India. do you think so??
Is their any other way to become a citizen of India of a new born child of a FOREIGNER COUPLE??
Please give your opinion.

An accused is convicted with fine by the lower court u/s138 of NI Act, and he filed revision in hjgh court against the decision.Mean While the accused died.Is there any provision to realize fine from his property or any precedent cases?
