Dear Members,
can you please go through these two recent cases and point out whre are the grey areas so that we can use the Delhi HC judgment in our favour.
Please do the needful.

1)Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd Vs AAIFR & Ors.
Decided by the Delhi HC on 11th April, 2008.

2)Tata Motors Ltd. Vs Pharmaceutical Products of India Ltd. and Anr
Decide by the SC on 16th May, 2008.

Market Value of Property

I have purchased 04 flats in village Golivali, Tal - Kalyan, Dist - Thane & survey no of property is 09 (nine). I want to know the market value of the property. Can anybody help me? it's very Urgent.

What will be the stamp duty required for the Agreement of Venture?

Will the new entity will be treated as A.O.P.?

CAN ANYBODY GIVE THE DRAFT OF Joint Venture Agreement Between Two Consrucion Firm Or Otherwise?

ATM case happened in Baroda

Dear Mr, Srinivas,

Thanks for concern. Today is the final hearing in the high court the advocate Mr, Nirupam Nanavati has said that they will get the bail but i m scared what do so many dissapointments no positve ray of hope. Will keep u updated opun the decision what comes today. Please pray god that they get the bail.

Right in HUF property

Hi,

My father was the Karta of the HUF created by him and my brother has been the karta ever since my father's death for past 29 years. There was no HUF deed for the same. I was married before my father's death. Do i have any right in the properties of the HUF before my father died.? Also my brother ,after my father's death purchased a property in the name of the HUF of which he is the karta(The same HUF of my father which continued after his death). Do I have any right in this property as well as the properties which were part of the HUF before my father's death?

Judgements on Representation of Cheque and NI act 138

Sir, A cheque was issued to our vendoe on 22nd Aug'06.Cheque got bounced due to insufficient fund. No notice was issued to our company for recovery of the sum. Later when our vendor realised that time is lapsed already for serving notice he again represented the cheque in the month of Oct'06 and claims he has issued notice to our company after that, in support he has submitted one recepit of postal department without any AD in support. Also our company never received any such notice.What's the legal/judicial view under NI act 138 applicability in this case.
