a person was arrested by special cell police ,lodhi road at 5am,he was told that he is involved in a scam of 50 crore rupees of PNB .
what should a layman and family members of the person arrested do!!!
what are the essential the should give to the family members of the accused.

as per the existing law a muslim woman get only 1/3 share inthe property of her deceased father ie daughter gets 1/3 while son gets 2/3.(qouran base).but this is not the case,even in muslim/islamic countries.
1) can this law be challanged in the court of law.
2)if so, how to proceed

whether it is possible or not if yes how it may exercised Because i am just newly licenced for an advocate & at present i am pursuing LL.M from K.U.K.
sir ,
i have one tubvell for the purpose of irrgation to their land .But for a one year my three brothers prohibit me to get my right to get to use the tubvell.
we are three sharers in this tubvell.
so pls tell me to get my share as become according to the value of the which is set to be on the basis of self-compromise
I want to get my share because they were qurrelled to me regulerly on the basis of to get my water share.
So now i leave to use this tubvell & my lend is has no water
If i go to police station or deputy commissner for this problem they deny to help me .
And one time they filed a charge under cr.p.c sec.107&151.
So pls ,pls pls,pls sir kindly tell me what i could do their against to get my value of price of tubwell as a metter of right .
Because tubvell was named registerd my grand-father..The conection of tubvell is not their named .
so pls guidence me on such right to get my money on the basis as it is settled by a arbitrator or any other basis of compromise.....

Sir/Madam,
my wife father in law marriage two lady. First had left and born two girl childern(just Married) and 2nd has 3childern
first mother children 2nd mother not like and not taking care after death of father
pls suggest what should we do and if we put a case for justice in the court for property dispute can we have?
pls help us the grand mother-in-law is also not leaving her son's house.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to know if a victim is being harassed with e-mails, can that victim find the physical address of the offender using the ip address of the emails received, without taking any permissions.
If any such permissions are needed, please kindly let me know the sections of IT act 2000 under which the guidelines are provided. Where should the victim approach and is it true that the victim has to take permission from the magistrate of a district level court to know the physical address of the ip address from which he is receiving e-mails?
In case the victim finds the physical address of the ip address (without taking any permission) by other means is he punishable. If so under which sections is he punishable.
Please kindly advice.
