Can accused argued for his bail in the court?

a person has every right to appear and argue his case at any stage. It is for the sake of convenience and expertise the lawyers are engaged.

Yes. Under the Constitution of India, the accused can have a privilege of right to argue his case.

In getting bail too, the accused is given power to argue his case
