CASE QUERY

A Dispute between land owner and super structure owner from long years, finally the commissioner of Land Adminsitration was passed a order in favour of us on 1992.
Land vested to government and super structure owner can move to patta.

The Land owner Writ petition filed to Madras High court on 1997 (after five years), case is pending till date. (01.11.2008) In the connections ,We are moving patta during the period from 1992.

Now we are trying patta under TN Free townside vested land patta Scheme.
Our doubt:
1. Writ petition is pending in the case
2. If we are getting patta from government under TN Free vested land scheme, the patta is valuable or not.
3. Writ petition filed after 5 years, the case is stand or not (I think time barred)

Hello All,
I'm a divorcee women mother of a 9 yr old girl child (custd. is her father). I'm working with a small Pvt. firm from last 3-4 yrs.
November 2005 I met a men who is younger then me. He propose to marry me after knowing everything about me. He promise to marry me, as soon as his parents come to our place & bless us. But his parents are not accepting me due to my past. He tie mangalsutra on my neck & promise me again for legal registry by December 2006. We started to live together from June 2006. He told our neighbors that we are husband & wife. But his office colleagues know that we are friends. In August 2006 I got pregnant with his child & September 2006 aborted the baby because he was not ready for kids at that time. In hospitals records & MTP consent letter he sign as HUSBAND with his full name, address and mob.no.

10th January 2008 he told me that his father & brother are very seriously injured & admitted in Punjab (his native place). Next day (11th Jan.08) he leave for his gaon.
2 days after I came to know that he cheated me, he got married on 18th Jan08

I want justice, after requesting so many times, he couldn’t register our marriage intentionally. Pl help me, I’m not capable to spend so much money for legal advice. But I want to show his asli chehra to everybody.

Difference between trial court and HC proceedings.

Dear Sirs,

I wish to know how a trial court proceeding differs from a High Court proceeding? In other words, is a case argued in the same manner in both the courts?

Abortion and Privacy

What are the informations required by the hospital or dr who performs abortion for a single woman? Are these data private? Who has legal rights to take this data from the hospital? What if the abortion was conducted with the consent of the man invloved. Does he have any rights to legally take the information from the hospital as proof of abortion?

Contract for rights on Property

Property was purchased in my name by my father [from his earnings]. There is no gift deed. To avoid legal complications instead of transfering the property to three persons [married & separated daughter, mother & myself, a major unmarried daughter] can i have an agreement giving both of them rights on the property? I also have a married brother with 2 minor sons. Who are the people who should be part of this agreement? Who have legal rights to question this agreement? Am I saving the three of us from legal complications with regard to transfer or sale of this property in future. What are the rights each of us get if the agreement is only in writing on a stamp paper? How important is registration for each of us to have rights?

Transfer of gift recd

What would be the formalities to transfer a property received as gift from father to sister and mother so that all three of us have legal rights on them. The property has three houses in one building. Also is the father's assent required as it is was purchased from his earnings. Who are the people who have legal rights to question this transfer?
