In my neighbors Elder two sons are harassing mentally and physically to their senior aged parents for transfer of all their property to them and the sons also taken their original registered documents forcefully from their parents, please let me know the legal remedy to protect the right of parents and the parents went to police station but police authorities are not taking complaint of them.
I had filed for mutation in ROR, for property purchased from recorded owner in 2013, at tahsil office.
A third party filed an objection at tahsil, that there is a court case on the property, between third party and his tenant, and tehsildar dropped the mutation proceedings.
The purchaser filed an appeal at sub collectors office, but the case remains un-heard.
Subsequently, the purchaser again filed for mutation, this time, the asst. Tehsildar allowed mutation and issued Patta.
The third party appealed against at sub collectors office, and sub collector set aside the ROR issued by Asst Tahsildar.

A commercial land is in possession of a person "X", who pays municipality taxes from last 60 years, but he has no ownership document {no sale deed or ROR}. The ROR is in the name of " Y" who is not related to "X".

As I am away from the place where the court is, I am unable to attend the court due to my work schedule and family reasons. Also there is no improvement in the case even though I go court, judge is not enquiring the case and putting another date. So I can't take much leaves in my company and also I am so far away.
I am A1 and asked my lawyer to submit 317 as I was unable to attend the hearing. Other accused in the case are usually attending all hearings as they are staying in local. This time I saw the following comment in the ecourts app, case is running in chennai court.
"A1 absent. PFA. A2, A3, A4 present"
What it means, should I attend the case next hearing or something else?

Respected Learned Experts, I had filed an OA before CAT, Chennai Bench against the order of my department relating to payment of gratuity. The CAT Bench, has remitted back the issue to my department to pass a speaking order within a period of 3 months as the earlier order passed was cryptic. The period of 3 months has been completed in the middle of Sep.2023, but no order was passed. Hence I have issued a show cause notice by name to the officers of my department for initiating contempt proceedings. Now, the department is filing a Misc. Application before the CAT Bench for extension of time for a period of 6 months and condone delay petition for delay in filing the time extension petition. How can I defend those Misc. Applications? What is the general rule provisions in the matter? Is there any judgment on turning down the Misc. Application? Hello Experts, I started work for Kuwait based company from India. I will be providing software related services and receving payment in USD. I was advised for GST regirstaration etc. as this is export service no GST will be applicable but filing is requried. I want to know if I take money in bank account maintained out of India still I have to go for GST registration. Can I avoid GST registration if service is provided outside India and money collected out side India? I understand I will be paying Income tax as professional Income on earnings. Expert pls clarify.
