I AM SHIVASHANKAR WORKING AS A TM II RAILWAY DEPT. I HAVE JOING ON 03-09-2013 AND BEFERE I HAVE ALEREADY JOING THE LLB AND FIRST YEAR ALSO COMPLETED 2013 AND NEXT 2ND YEAR ALSO ADMISSION AFTER THE RAILWAY JOING AND REMENAING TWO YEARS COMPLETED IN LLB COURSE NOW NOT ENTER THE MY SR REGISTER PLASE GUIADME HOW TO THE SR ENTRE IN MY SERVICE REGISTER PLASE.

Sir in my co-operative society there are shops facing main road, these shop owners don't use lift or water. Can we take maintenance charges from them?? They refuse to pay any charges on the pretext of not using water or lift.
From last 20 years they are exempted from paying monthly maintenance.

Hamari shop pe ek case chal raha hai , shop hamari purchased hai but samne wali party advocate hai and usne uspar kabza kar rkha hai, kaafi time se case chal raha hai
Sirf date par date hi mil Rahi hai, because woh senior advocate hai.
Kese complaint kar skte hai? Please help kijiye kaafi saalo se atka pada hai

I HAVE A NON AGRICULTURAL LAND IN NADIAD (GUJARAT), WHICH IS SURROUNDED BY COMPOUND WALL CONSTRUCTED BY ME. SOME DAY BACK WHEN I VISITED MY LAND I NOTICE THAT AN ELECTRIC LINE IS PASSING THROUGH MY LAND,SUPPORTED BY 3 POLES.
IMMEDIATELY I WENT TO GUJARAT ELECTRICITY BOARD'S OFFICE AND WANT TO SUBMIT MY COMPLAINT IN THIS REGARD. AFTER
READING MY COMPLAINT THE CONCERNED OFFICER TOLD ME THAT SHE CANT NOT ACCEPT MY COMPLAINT STATING THAT AAT THE TIME OF CONNECTING ELECTRIC LINE,THE PERSON WHO WAS PRESENT THERE HE GAVE US PERMISSION TO CONEECT THE LINE.
I ASKED HER WHERE IS THE WRITTEN PERMISSION TO CONNECT THE LINE,SHE REPLIED WE DONT NEED ANY WRITTEN PERMISSION, ONLY ORAL PERMISSION IS SUFFICIENT.
AFTER SO MUCH ARGUMENT SHE ACCEPTED MY APPLICATION.i HAVE SERVED THEM A LEGAL NOTICE ALSO.BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE.
PLEASE SUGGEST THE FURTHER LINE OF ACTION,I SHOULD TAKE.

Power of attorney to operate bank accounts
I am 90 years old. I have bank accounts and demat accounts. In due course when I become weaker I may not be physically able to operate my accounts. Hence I have executed a general power of attorney in favour of my son. Recently I asked my son to go to the bank and ask them how to use the power of attorney to operate my accounts. The bank staff know nothing. They suggest such non-sense as to include my son in my account as a joint account holder to operate the account on either or survivor basis.
I request the advice of knowledgeable experts. Please do not guess.
