I recently bought a shop in a commercial complex. Am i eligible for undivided share of land though the deed not states it clearly as the building id old.?

You are eligible to get an undivided and unspecified land of the building. As it was not mentioned in the document, get a rectification deed from the seller.

Show the title (ownership) transfer document (sale/ conveyance / lease deed) to a local lawyer for appreciation of facts qua proportionate right beneath and advise.

Yes, you are entitled to get undivided share in land on basis of your ownership even though it is not mentioned in sale deed.
