Dear LC Experts,
We are two sisters only, no brother with us and my father have made a release deed in favour of my sister name in the ancestral property of 3 acre land, six months before. He has written in the deed, releasing of ½ share (50%) in the total 3 acre undivided land.
a. Is it valid without my sign that release deed my father making in the ancestral property?
b. Can i I get equal if go court?
I will be very thankful for the advise.

Please guide me which manual/Book is helpful in situation of someone forcefully take possession of property by making duplicate property documents, when owner of the property has no original documents

a man gets his power of attoreny for sale a property on 16/2/2007 only but he executes a sale agreement for that property as poa on 15/2/2007 and register that sale agreement on 16/2/2007 after he gets poa is that sale sgreement is valid

Dear experts,
My civil case judgement was pronounced in Jan 2016. There was some typing mistakes in the judgement copy, that years were not mentioned correctly
So, for correction purpose we given it to the court through our lawyer. now my lawyer says that the judgement is missed in the court. they unable to trace where it is...
My lawyer is not showing any interest to get the judgement copy. The court clark also says that "only your lawyer has to come to ask the judgement copy"
for the last six months we are struggling to get the judgement copy.
i can't understand
what court will will do if the judgement copy is missed out?
is it possible to get the judgement with out our lawyer (he is not responding properly)

i am working in a manufacturing unit
during financial year 2015-16 we purchase old empty plastic drums from kabarai wala of rs. 75000.00 ( 19000+19500+19000+17500)
Problem is in which account this exp should be debited

I would Like To know If a Case From 20 Years ago can be Reopened? A case where a U.S citizen(child)was Killed in a Car Accident out of the US. The Case Was Brought back into US grounds. Where many Details were left out and Husband Sues the Car Company &Myself. I would Like To Know if a case this can Be Reopened if it was decared closed ?

Sir,
We are a SSI unit registered with Excise since 2005 .Commenced new project in manufacturing of
intermediate products.we have procured machinery in Nov14 for the same.The commercial
production commenced in Nov'15.
Can we avail the cenvat credit in Jul'16 ?
As per Notification 21/2014 ce(nt),the time limit is applicable for Rule 4(1) and 4(7).These two rules
talk about taking credit in respect of inputs and input services.
Rule 4 (2) talks about taking credit on capital goods. The above proviso prescribing time limit for
taking credit is not inserted in rule 4(2). Therefore on capital goods the credit can be taken at any time
but on the condition that the said capital goods should be received in the factory of manufacture.
Now the capital goods are received in the factory.
Kindly suggest that can we avail the input cenvat credit in Jul'16?

Sir,
i have a query and need your support. Kindly let me know if I am entitled for gratuity? I have resigned from Govt . of India in the year 2008 after rendering 18 years of continuous service. I was not paid gratuity. Can some one please let me know if entitled for gratuity( as i think i am) and what is the way i can claim the same now.
To add to the above i would like to inform the experts that after resignation I left Govt service and joined private sector. Does this amount to Forfeiture of service on resignation? Can i be denied Gratuity on the said ground
I request our learned expert for guidance.

about duty hour
I travel daily from Ranchi to Ramgarh for my jab and it is 100 km both up and down which takes around 2 hours by my own vehicle. so my query is whether this time will be included in my duty hour, under any law or any case reference similar to this.
