A state government employee's increment can remain suspended if they were suspended and the suspension was revoked.
If a government employee is suspended, their annual increment may not be paid during the suspension period.
If a court of law sets aside a penalty of dismissal, removal, or compulsory retirement, the employee may be suspended again.
If the suspension period ends and the employee is reinstated, the employer should initiate the reinstatement process.
During suspension, an employee retains certain rights: Entitlement to Suspension Allowance: The employee is entitled to receive a suspension allowance during the suspension period.
: The right to be informed of the reasons for suspension and any pending investigations.

You have been reinstated from 25.10.2023 but to date, the enquiry has not been completed, you may submit a request to the appointing authority to take the necessary steps to complete the enquiry.
As the inquiry is pending, the increment cannot be sanctioned until the final orders are issued by the competent authority.
