I want to know if my wife want to compermise after 498a ipc on court pending case & my advocate told me that if you want get compermise with your wife first of all you have to produced bail is that true or not is there any law to produced bail first of all?

Pls guide re procedure for execution of a Special Power of Attorney by a wife to her husband.
1.The Special PoA is intended to be used in Bangalore to sell the property at Bangalore, which is in joint names of both;
2. Husband lives in Bangalore; while wife lives in Gurgaon, Haryana. She also has proof of 'residence address' at New Delhi - her parental address;
3. What all charges, fee, stamp, etc. she has to pay for this Special PoA?
4. Can the Special PoA be executed by her in New Delhi.
5. What value Non-judicial Stamp Paper she needs to buy, if any?

is it required by an advocate to contact the bank before giving the t.c.r. to any person?
or he can freely give the t.c.r. at his own?

Change of proprietorship firm to Pvt Ltd company
I am a proprietor of a firm which has a franchise of Motilal Oswal Securities Limited. Can this firm be converted into a Pvt LTD company? Secondly, what would be the procedure for that. Will it affect my business that I am running right now? Also the firm is registered in sales tax department in Uttar Pradesh. What would be the tentative expenditure in the process of getting the conversion done. Please advise.
