Hello My Friends,
my case is of auction shed allotment which was cancelled by market committee Civil suit filed in 2010,that was rejected Under Order 7 Rule 11 {Order 7 Rule 11application filed by Market Committee}after 5 years of suit in lower court due to no notice to Market Committee under Section 31 of the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961) before filling of suit.

1. What was the cause of rejection of suit u/o VII Rule 11 CPC? Why did you not move the court for the last 5 years? What is the advise of your lawyer?
2. If you have lost faith in your lawyer engage afresh, seek his/her opinion/advise/ guidance and proceed.
3. There is no need to take second opinion/ advise on this platform, except that it is FREE OF COST.
