Father gave property to son in-law

Hi, I am the elder son of my father. I took personal loan and got my sister married. Now she has 3kids, and my father had gifted his plot of land(his own property brought, but from my salary) to my sister's husband without notifying me.
1. Can I as a son file a legal suit on this property or on my brother in law on any basis.
2. If I let go of this property, my father has ancestral agricultural property. Does my sister has right on it.can she claim it again.

Permanent alternate accommodation

Our building is going for redevelopment. We are 5 flat owners in the building. These 5 flats include the conveyance holder, who is also the developer. We don't have a society or an association of apartments formed. The dveloper cum conveyance holder is redeveloping the building without a Development agreement as He's the owner of the land. We are directly going for permanently alternate accommodation agreement. Can we get the benefit of stamp duty to be paid of Construction cost on the extra 35% area offered to us by the developer?... the local registar refuses to give us the benefit of construction cost citing we do not have a development agreement.

Construction on B khata land

I have started construction on a B khata land in horamavu avatar, Bangalore. The bbmp called asking for a plan sanction. We do not have one since there is no legitimate plan sanction that can be given for a B khata site. We do not want to pay any bribes but proceed in a way that can be documented and is legitimate. What should we do?

Adoption of children on widow remarriage by step father

Hello Experts,

A widow Mrs. Asha (having one son and one daughter from her first marriage) remarries with Mr. Arun.

Now, Mr. Arun wants to have his name as Father's name in all the documents of children, like Aadhaar card, passport, school admission documents etc.

Now, the query is:

1. Is it possible by adoption? Or, what else should be done?

2. If adoption is done, then who shall give the children for adoption?
And if mother gives the childen for adoption, then, Will the right of Mother over children end?

3. Is there any way, by which Mr. Arun is able to get his name on all the children documents including school documents, aadhaar card and passport etc. without Mrs. Asha losing her right over the children and The Children becoming the legal heir of Mr. Arun in future?

Thanks.
