Hi,
I am undergoing a false 498a case and I am a software engineer by profession.
High Court has given me anticipatory bail but has asked me to abide by the conditions as specified in section 438(2) crpc.
One of the conditions in 438(2) states that I am not allowed to leave India without previous permission of court.
However, it is the nature of my job and I have to travel outside India for work as and when job demands it.
Can anyone please advice that if I seek for court's permission to travel overseas, will I be given the permission?
And what max can happen if I leave India without prior permission from court?
Thanks,
Yash.
The petition filed by the Learned council has several factual mistakes w.r.t. sequence of events and that too under oath and the ground made for transfer of Section 9 case is that two more cases are also pending at Varanasi Family Court.
The Respondent has to travel 800Kms up and 800Kms down for all the three dates and almost thrice a month for three different cases and once to his parents place 750Kms once a month. Whereas petitioner has to travel only 260Kms up and down for one case and once a month.
The petitioner is willing to get the section 9 case transferred to her place of living and not to travel whereas respondent has to travel approx 5000Kms in a month for all the three cases.
What can be the tenable ground for not to get the case transferred before the Hon'ble Court.

can respondent file exparte vacating petition before Dist. Consumer Dispute Redressal forum?
complainant filed application u/sec. 93 Cr.P.C. praying for search warrant in respect of stridhan articles and court allowed the prayer in respect of some of the stridhan articles and police searched the house in presence of the complainant and nothing was recovered and NIL seizure list was prepared by police and signed by the complainant and the accused and submitted report in court.
Can complainant filed petition praying for search warrant in respect of same articles at same place for second time? if no. kindly refer judgement.
My father made a will before he passed away in which he divided his property between hi two sons (me and my elder brother)..the dispute arising is because of the vague language in will for the rights of roof to his younger son (me) ..for better reference i have attached screen shot of that paragraph of will ... in which he divided 6 shops between two of us my father gave shop number 1,2,3 with roof rights to my elder brother and rest shop number 4,5,6 to me ..now while drafting this will advocate missed one word (roof rights) with shop no 4,5,6 ..although my father declaerd in his will that stairs which goes up to shops roof will be joint ..if my father dint want to give me roof rights why he has written that same stairs will be used by both of us ...my brother is saying that i dont have roof rights of my shops ...and there are rooms built on all shops my father stated in his will that washroom built on shop no 4 (my shop) will be closed because it is on my elder brother’s property! If i dont have roof rights of my shops there was no need to write this.. my father limited my brother’s roof rights to shop no 4 means after that roof will be mine …i tried to convince him that it is a drafting mistake and if i dont have roof rights then you also dont have roof rights of my shops ...now i want to go for mutation of my part of property please guide me how to clear this doubt of roof rights ... plz find the attachment for reference

Dear All,
There were two housing societies formed in span of 10 years as society 1 comprising of two wings A and B. And later society 2 of c wing on same piece and part of land with same cts no. In Mumbai. After few years both society decided to merge and form one society.
After the merger new society was formed as Society X.
As society 1 had many assets including FD and others where as society 2 had less assets as compared to society 1.
My queries are
1. Can maintenance of members of society 1 members be different from members of society 2 after merger. Maintenance excluding the part of property tax and or any other tax fixed like parking
2. Two different accounts maintained for soc 1 and soc 2 and are merged at end of year for filing returns
3 what will happen to FD and assets of both societies after merger. Will they be evenly distributed amongst all members of new society.
4 the extra income from mobile tower of soc 1 will be distributed among all members of new merged society or it can be used and kept for members of society 1 in new society
Please guide
Thanks

Paying house rent to parent
Hello,
Can I legally pay house rent to my father, who is a retired govt. servant, and claim tax exemption? The house is in my father's name and I plan to pay rent by online account transfer as a proof of payment.
