I have made HUF for taxation purpose ..I have multiple properties from which I get rental income and I am salaried also..
My question is-
1) In one of my property there is some issue regarding roof rights with my brother so if I made rent agreements in the name of HUF and take rent in HUF bank account is there any chance that I will face any legal title-ship problem if we go to court in future for roof rights issue ..
2) Can I make agreement in the name of HUF for selective property and make agreement of that disputed property in my own name ..?
These properties are registered in my single name and not transferring any property to HUF ..I have made HUF just for taxation purpose..

Dear Sir
I and my wife are working in department of atomic energy. I am posted in chennai and my wife is posted is in Mumbai. My wife parent in 70s and they are dependent on her and find it difficult to relocate to chennai. I have applied for transfer but my higher authority are not conducive with my application and asking me to resign and leave the job. Kindly help me in this regard.

I was in up government inter college and took lien to join central government (customs) later on while proceeding for reversion they are saying show me the rule/Government order which talks about authenticity of lien to join central government from state Government, kindly either provide rules/government order or atleast tell me my lien is valid or not

Sir,
I repeatedly registered complaints with the police since 2022, against a lady in my neighborhood, for harrassing me and my family. Now a month ago, that lady forcibly entered my house and beat me and my small kids. I made a call to the police and that lady also made false call against my husband. I registered a complaint against that lady for beating us in our own house and that lady tried to submit complaint against my husband but police didn't register her complaint.
Now, police had prepared a kalandra u/s 107/50. Is it against both the parties or only against that lady?
If it is against both the parties, what should I do? As I myself is victim.

Sir,
1. I have submitted an RTI application under the RTI act 2005 under section 6(1) to The Public Information Officer, ADSP HQ, Tiruvallur District Police Office, Tiruvallur 602 001, whose name is G Hari Kumar under the Registered Post with Ack.Due.
2. ADSP HQ Tiruvallur District Police did not give the Information for more than 30 days.
3. I have submitted my appeal Petition under the RTI act 2005 under section 9(1).to the Superintendent of Police R Srinivasa Perumal.
4. R srinivasa Perumal appellant authority has returned my RTI appeal Petition by stating that his Office did not receive my RTI application sent to PIO, Tiruvallur District Police Office.
5. Wantonly & knowingly with malafide intention, the Appellant authority Tiruvallur Superintendent of Police R srinivasa Perumal lied 100% false Information that his Office did not receive my RTI application under section 6(1).

Error in index2 of release deed? rectification deed needed?
Hello,
We registered a Release deed and in its Index-2, instead of commercial the point 4 details mentions 'Sadanika' in Marathi which translates to flat. Also, its location in is misspelled in Marathi.
I asked the sub-registrar and he said you can fix it by registering a rectification/correction deed and paying 500rs stamp duty and 100rs registration.
There are no errors in the actual Release Deed and the property is correctly mentioned as a commercial unit.
Does this require a rectification deed if we want to sell this property?
