Website designing and development

Vikas Sharma took 34000 for me to design, develop and host my wordpress blog website, but he acted as highly unprofessional, unethical person. A simple wordpress blog without any e commerce could have been developed in couple of days, he took three months. Secondly when he made there was so many technical errors, in spite of signed a maintenance contract, he did not rectify the issues and kept me in a lurch. Besides he harassed. He is a cheat, liar, and unprofessional person. Whatever profession he will take he will cheat people. So be aware of him.

I have paid him full amount even GST, still yet I have not received any services from him. Please tell me what shall I do?

The website is my dream project but all my efforts, money and time is wasted . It is very difficult to invest money in today time but when someone cheats, it is really very frustrating. No one can understand or realize the situation in which I have fallen into. I don't have more budget to get the website issues rectified from some one else. I need justice.
Please advise me what shall I do? Please help me. I am so disturbed and dejected from my life. I don't have any other job also.

Can a secured creditor declare an account as NPA after 8 years ? piling in it huge ammount of interest.

Also as to include the same into 20%criteria for applicability of Sarfaesi act ?

Builder threatening to terminate allotment

The builder is threatening to terminate allotment of flats purchased from them in 2019. We have made 30% payment until now. A demand was raised in april 2020 but we defaulted on it because we couldn’t arrange funds. Now the builder is threatening to terminate if we don’t pay in 15 days another 25% of the amount. We are unable to sell the ancestral land because of covid & lack of buyers. We need to understand how to arrive at a conclusion.

Payment

Respected experts,
the court has ordered me to pay money to the other party, while paying by cash how can I have proof that I paid the party xxxxx amount.
can I just write on a blank A4 size paper that on so and so date and place I paid the complete amount in cash and take the signature of the other party and show it as evidence is it valid?

Joining time from psu to central government

In continuation to my previous query one more question I would like to ask that Can I avail sabbatical leave from my present employer to join the public service. My bond period will be ended next year i.e. after 25th of April. Can I take one year extension to join the new service. Kindly guid me.

Seeking advice on how to deduct name from the land papers

My grandfather (has 1son my father and 4 daughters) and his brother have a land registered by their names which was many years ago and my grandfather died in 1997 and his brother died in 2004 and then my father used to work there and managed that land for many years but from last 10 years that land is stale and there is no activity there and we have decided not to use it and sell it. All the children's of my grandfather's brother are willing to sign the property deed to give their share of land on my father's name but my aunts are not willing to sign, my father is the 2nd oldest one and has taken care of each sister financially in many different occasions like wedding, buying them a house, gifting gold and by many other ways and now this is the 1st favour my father has asked in years and they backstabbed us and told they'll not sign the transfer of property papers? So what steps should we do??

Should we take first 50% land of my Grandfather's brother on my father's name or should we wait for my aunts to sign the deed(which I think is highly unlikely) or is there another option??

Cheque bounce

Hi,

Am married now.before marriage without my knowledge my mother used my cheque for borrowing money. The signature in the cheque is also not mine. After marriage I recieved a notice asking 7.5 lacs.i did nt even know the lender. Then I came to know that my mother borrowed 1 lac from him and given my cheque.we replied to the notice stating that I ve not borrowed any money. But then he filed a case against me for cheque bounce. The case is in trail now. What will be the consequence..how to come out..please help

Redevelopment of society

Our society is going for redevelopment. Our flat has 2 balconies which we internally converted to room. My question is whether balcony area is considered for redevelopment or not. Eg. If builder decided to give us free10% area whether he will give it based on carpet area mentioned in our property papers ( balcony area is not mentioned as carpet area) or he will not consider balcony area for the same. Our balcony area is 100 sq ft.

Reg noc from endowments for mro office

This property is located in narapalli in outskirts of Hyderabad,this property belonging to temple around 120 acres auctioned by Government in 1983 through G.O.Rt.No.2063,there are houses also constructed from 1983 in this land through gram panchayat permission and LRS obtained from Telangana Government and infact Gram Panchayat office is also constructed in this survey Numbner,Now MRO is not giving permission for me to construct house citing that I have to get NOC from endowments as there record is not updated and endowments department are saying they don't have that G.O.In 1983 sale deed first document clearly mentioned G.O number.
