Registration agreement

Dear Expert, I am planning to buy house and would be making down payment via withdrawing EPF. To withdraw from EPF, in registered do we need to mention the outstanding payable, then only will that be accepted as in my application form I could it's mentioned balance payable as per registered agreement. But my broker told you need to provide PDC and so it as future payment and can't show anything as outstanding. Can you please guide how should I proceed here so that my application for withdrawal doesn't gets rejected.

Power of attorney

Sir,
Mr. XXXX has got power of attorney of land from landlord. It seems the power of attorney is not registered. Can Mr XXXX sell the land to anybody ??

Marriage in a trust witness a relative and a pandit

My age is 28 and girl age is 24. We perform marrige in a place where we done all rituals and ceremonies like 7 fere, mangal sutra, maang sindoor and varmala. All this rituals performer in the presence of Pandit and one witness which was her relative. I have no marrige certificate for this. But I have photographs and videos of all this. Girl also have same videos of our marrige. Is it possible to cancel this marrige? Girl never stay with me she is living with her faimly. And want to live with me. But she is not good for me. Is this marrige valid? Is this marrige legal? Is she file a case against me? Actually her faimly not allowing her to go with me. We never stay together. Only perform marrige in a place. Kindly tell me what action this girl can take against me? Is this legal marrige?

Regarding installment of ac outdoor unit in public street

Hi,

We are living in only an 8 feet wide street and our neighbour will plan to place an outdoor unit of a split AC in front of our window in street that a lot of people used to go here and there. It would make us uncomfortable. What can we do in this situation, please suggest.

Can I signed my WILL against my Father's WILL (Unregistered) in the name of my son, and registered my WILL in court,
next make GPA in the name of my son that will also be Registered, is it possible? any benefits of this?

Tenant vacate notice

I am landlord of property. I want to vacate let out property.
Rent Agreement is for 11 months i.e. from January to December 2021.
Rent cycle is from 01st to 30th/31st of the month.
Termination clause says lessor/lessee can terminate lease by giving one month notice.
I just want to ask can vacate notice be issue by landlord in middle of the month i.e. if landlord issues notice on 10/04/2021 tenant will have to vacate house till 09/05/2021 ?
OR notice should be issued by landlord on 01st of the month ? Vacate notice should match with rent cycle ?

Rent agreement

Can we use revenue stamp of Rs. 10 on rent agreement (of 12 months) instead of non judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10 ?
