By the virtue of deceased fathers WILL I am the sole beneficiary.hence can I transfer/sell the property in question directly with out getting mutation, in my name in the revenue records of the Nagar nigam.Or it is law to first get the property mutation done in my name.

I sold one residential vacant plot in North Bangalore and with this sold amount, im planning to purchase the Flat in the apartments which is 10 years old.
Now do i need to pay 20.8% capital gain tax even after purchasing the resale house ( not new house ) in the apartment.
Please advice

Hello experts
I am planning to purchase a house under construction for which i had already paid booking amount of Rs 1 lakh in September 2020. The value of house along with furniture provided by the builder is 38.99 lakh. I have no idea regarding the procedure to be followed for banakhat. Please advise.
I read that 2 witnesses are required for banakhat. Are they from buyer's side or seller's side?
What is the procedure and benefit of registration of banakhat? Is it compulsory?
Is the presence of an advocate required for banakhat? If yes, who arranges for it, the buyer or seller?

Little hard to explain how it stated but my neighbor is falsely and intentionally framing me into various behavior (With Women), attitude problem in order to mentally harasses me which even lead to financial losses too.
If I try to react, they threaten me for group complaint to police for my actions, and always try to close the matter with an excuse that I am mentally ill.
On one occasion they along with my brothers, they tied me and drag me to psychiatrist. He found nothing wrong with me. The hole action was intentionally done to publicly humiliate me and nothing more. Later they pass the story to all my family member and friends. They will spoil your reputation and take the ownership of your life. So, you have no freedom which is your fundamental right.
Presently I am Mentally harassed by my neighbor’s.
By playing loud noises, mimicking and falsify accusing for misbehaving for weird issue. Like one my neighbor walked up to my mother with that I took away her bra and under wear.
The ladies hang her bra just next to our terrace door and 75% time it will fly on our side of the floor which do not looks appropriate. (Images Attached as proof)
She Sing unappropriated song and actions.
Similar kind of issue are made through my house maid.
In my family my brother and my mother are not supportive and not on my side. I lost my father some years back.
I am 43 Yr. old and Single.

accuse once wrote application in court to avail certified copy of challan & get certified copy of charge sheet
but he has given it somebody to see the case but he didnot get back challan
can accuse again apply in court for certified copy of challan

A Muslim Sunni Hanafi partition suit is decreed long back 40 years back in which our great grand mother is entitled for 1/10th share and already town properties are divided as per decree for town properties final decree proceeding for part of decree attained finality,
Now final decree proceedings are pending only for other part revenue properties are still pending,
Our great grand mother survived by 2 daughters who are entitle for 1/2 share equally,Â
One daughter who had 2 sons and elder son had predeceased her , Since her grand children from elder son will be deprived from inheriting their father share she has executed a registered will for her Orphaned grand children with consent of her other surving son that her grand children are enttiled for half share as her son would have got if he had survived her with consent of of other surving son,
Is this will stand test of law / Valid.. share is already declared long back only demarcation of properties are pending for only revenue properties..

Extending home length by 10 to 15inch from front
Hi,
My neighbour is constructing a home. 1st they demolished there home and creating a new construction. We are living in a chawl and neighbours are extending there home due to this the length of galli(way to walk) is getting decreased. So my question is that, it is legal to extend the home length? As well they are building there home wall to the same wall which we have constructed way back.
Chawl is situated at chembur camp old barrack.
