I had purchased 2 litre of mother dairy cow milk from mother dairy booth on 11/02/2021 in cash for Rs. 94.
The milk was so bitter. Its totally like poison.
I had complained to mother dairy but they had not taken any action till now.
The milk expiry date was 13/02/2021.
The milk is available with me till now.
I want this milk be tested in independent laboratory.
I had also made complaint in FSSAI regarding this so they also had not responded till now.
What action I can take against mother dairy ?
Dear Sir,
Being a Secretary of the housing society, kindly advice on following matter :
We have 5 Nos. of 7-storied buildings (totalling 168 flats) and 1 No. of Tower having 32 floors (totalling 98 flats), all of them are existing in same campus and registered CHS Ltd. under the Maharashtra Co-op.Societies Act 1960. We have common campus which includes private street, garden, electric light poles, security guards at the main gate, etc. All the residents/ members of the above 5+1 buildings are using the common area. Hence, for the maintenance the said common area, I would like to know that what would be the best way/ formula to share/ contribute the expenses by each society building ? There is a ambiguity amongst the societies that whether we have calculate the common maintenance charges on the basis of area Sq.Ft.of each society building or on the basis of number of flats.? Builder/Developer, who has constructed the above (5-1) 6-buildings, has not issued Conveyance Deed to any of us. Please let me know your valuable advice.
Thanks a lot.
Yours Sincerely,
AJIT KATKORIA

I have filed the Civil suit to recover the paltry amount through my Lawyer. Because of Financial constraints arise due to COVID, my lawyer discharged my case during the pendency of the case. I appeared on the last hearing date, where the Judge granted me the last opportunity to file the AFFIDAVIT FOR ADMISSION AND DENIAL OF DOCUMENTS before the next date of the hearing. Can any generous person from the group help me in providing the template or format of the AFFIDAVIT FOR THE ADMISSION AND DENIAL OF THE DOCUMENTS?.
I just need the format as I could not find it on the Internet

Sir, I have one house from which I earn rental income for survival. My wife separated from me and file many maintenance cases. She is greedy and wanted that property from me.She also wants attachment of the property in maintenance case.
Now I want to transfer the property to someone with following conditions:

2. He will lease the property to me for lifetime at free of cost so that I can use it for my rental income.
3. After my death he will use the property as per his will.
