Residential association issue

Dear Experts,
We have a very strange issue in our Apartment association in AP, which has 700++ flats.
Our flats are constructed by a govt. body, during those delays are happened by government and all allottee's formed an association to fight with the government to finish the project with the norms promised at the start of the project. It went well and finally , construction is done, flats are handed over. The association also worked with govt. body and convinced them to collect the corpus fund as well before registration.
Now, the Executive body which formed during that time is not conducting elections and keep on self nominating themselves for ever from past 5+ years. They dont even conduct GBM and generally took decisions by themselves , it is working as self autonomous body. They don't follow anything mentioned in their bye-laws.

Couple of owners went ahead and put a case on the current association one year back, while rest of the owners not aware of complete details of the court case.
Keeping Court case a reason , the current association is not keeping any election nor GBM quoting they cannot conduct elections due to the court case.

1) Is the current court case is really a hurdle for elections ? Case between few owners impact all other owners ?

2) Can the current association be a legal body to conduct elections ? Since there are no elections since its inception, will ROS accept it as a legal body or not ?

3) If the current association is a legal body, can a case between two petitioners and the current association will become a hurdle for the whole association? Development is stalled now, is there a way to push for an elections?

4) If the current association is not a legal body, can rest of the owners conduct elections ? If so, what is the procedure for conducting the elections now ?

Looking forward for proper advice.

Divorce

Sir,
Wife is separated for 9 years. RCR is filed by husband ; in reply she file objection. Hence RCR is withdrawn.
125 CRPC filed twice but dismissed.
Husband file divorce under sec 13 HMA. Maintenance awarded under section 24 HMA. Husband did not pay maintenance under HMA as he wants to settle the dispute and avoid future litigation. Divorce case is stayed as husband did not pay maintenance.
Wife file 125 CRPC for third time and also file 498A.

Sir, please advise how to settle the dispute so that there will not be any future litigation ??
Wife did not want mutual divorce.

Quit claim or disclaimer deed india

Dear Experts

What is the difference between disclaimer deed or quit claim ? I want such a deed to be executed & registered for a property located in Uttar pradesh.

Which is more suitable in my case ? i want to get such a deed signed & register it from my brother , where in i would mention that he disclaims if any future potential right whatsover , from our fathers self acquired/ancestral property because i expect in future after demise of my father . currently i have good relations with my brother so he would sign but later in future i am not sure.

Relinquishment deed/release deed i am aware but do not want to execute either of the two , as it will require substantial stamp duty
thanks in advance dear experts

Magistrate is not giving footage of theft

CCTV footage in shoplifting case given with Challan
it doesn't contain any obscene
on hearing date just after challan presented lawyer wrote application for asking footage
& give to magistrate
Magis. said ask to P.P.

public prosecutor said footage has given to you when challan copy was given to you
if not given to you why did not you object that time
& lawyer said to P.P.i raised objection
p.p. wrote something on application
then lawyer forward it to Magis.
& magistrate has not given order to give footage after application moved
& next date given after one month
please
1 .does it mean magistrate suppose it has given to us because he didn't order to give ??
2. will magistrate not give us footage ??
