dear expert my friend has made an agreement of purchase of second hand "Activa" from auto dealer, At the time of agreement he has not disclosed the material facts of the vehicles that there is some problem in engine and it need require work in that engine ,and told that everything is perfect i will take responsibility and on his words after seeing the outer body and one small test drive ,my friend decided to purchase the vehicle and paid 90% amount and rest 10% after 2-3 days after satisfying with the condition of vehicles but ,the very next day vehicles not started after various attempt ,then he decided to inform the dealer and then drag the vehicles to authorized service center where he come to know that ACTIVA engine is almost full damage and it involves lots of expenses ,then he called the auto dealer and said him to collect activa from service workshop decided to cancel the deal and asked for refund because RC is also not transferred and condition of agreement is also not fulfilled, simply dealer has not disclosed the facts and now he is refusing to give money ,physical possession of vehicle is also with him, from the very next day,money is also with him, and not even RC has been signed, almost one month has been passed now my question is that , what legal action we can do to safeguard our interest
Sir. One of my person worked as Technician in Indian Railways. Now his transferred to inter railway, but his transfer request accept and sent back to acceptance letter to his parent railway but parent railways not relief in time delayed. 10months after he may relieved. Hence he lost seniority and promotions in new unit.please suggest how can I apeal to CAT for getting seniority, as per 1railway board order specifically indicates with in 3 months after obtained acceptance letter from new unit. Railway Board order bearing no RBE 203/2019. Please suggest me.

Hello one of my friend has given me cash money in UAE(Dubai) Currency , i have returned partial money 40% As Indian Currency , and 60% i have deposited to his UAE bank account , since my friend is loan defaulter in UAE and went India, and money whichever i transferred has blocked by bank, and i communicated trough whats app that i will try my best to return the money and i have all transfer documents, my friend now forcing to give Indian rupees and saying its my mistake transfer to UAE accounts , so he is trying to file case against me/ sending legal notice presently i am staying in Dubai my friend warned me that he already filed complaint against me once i reach India police will arrest you at airport immigration. he has provided me cash money Dubai currency without any documents, but i have all transfer documents. please suggest what is the possibilities
Where do I get exact Gold rate for a particular day. Because most of the sites show some different rate from jeweler's all around.
If particular site is showing Rs. 4835/- per gram for 22 Karat. Jewelers charge extra from the mentioned rate. As per my understanding and knowledge, the 22 Karat is calculated as follows,
Eg: 24 Karat rate is RS. 50000/- per 10 Gram then the Gold rate for 22 Karat will be 50000/24*22 = 45833/-.
But all jewellers charges more than actual rate declared or decided by authorities. How and where do we get this escalated.

I have a query with regards to Succession Certificate & Heirship Certificate. One of my Client from Thane, Mumbai seeking for transmission of shares and as per the company requirement he had complied for succession certificate from Court of Law. (Thane, Mumbai.)
Hereby, please note that we had filed Petition for Succession certificate and also paid the stamp duty of Rs. 75000/- but Thane court had issued us the Heirship Certificate. Now company had raised an objection that they require succession certificate. Kindly guide us whether Heirship Certificate is acceptable in this particular case? as it issued only through court of Law.

I am working in ministry(S&M) and purchased the land jointly with my brother on 2018 . I didn't inform the office that I am purchasing the land. The registration is completed and I availed leave on registration date. But I am filling every year on office portal immovable property returns column, the land which i purchased on 2018 all the details I am filling till date. But now i think to intimate through letter which is late intimation. kindly suggest if i intimate any problem will occur in work.

I joined a public sector bank in officer cadre after completing 20 years in indian air force as PBOR (Personnel below officer rank). I have not availed any exserviceman quota and cleared the exam as a general candidate. Am I eligible for pay fixation in officer cadre in bank as the basic pay starting in bank is much lower than what I got in air force on retirement.
Is registration of agricultural land stopped temporarily

I am planning to purchase agricultural land in Chevella Mandal of Telangana, there is AGPA done by the owner of this land. I asked the AGPA holder can you register the land on the name of buyer he said that currently it is on hold by the order of High Court of Telangana.
Is this correct?
