When the company incurred the loss during the current financial year, management still not yet release the bonus to employees. Does the company bound to pay minimum bonus or not.

A clear reference to such obligations of the lender can be observed in the guidelines under Clause 7 – Responsibilities & Obligations of the Primary Lending Institution (PLI) and in the section covering the overall features of Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme; which you can download & verify from either if the following sources:
a) https://pmayuclap.gov.in/
b) http://mohua.gov.in
Now, in your case it is apparent from the records available with us that (Grampanchayat approved property ) which given the rules & regulations of the PMAY CLSS renders your case ineligible for subsidy claim.
This is the mail I received from DHFL.
MY QUERY IS AS BELOW.....
Hence the query is that SBI Home loans are providing subsidy under gram Panchayat also than why is DHFL is not providing subsidy under these.
Secondly, as per census 2011, my area comes under gram Panchayat but at the time of buying a property i.e in 2017 that area already came under Municipal Corporation of the city and I have already received property tax receipt from municipal Corporation of the city.
Hence in such circumstances why I have been denied/ ineligible for the subsidy under CLSS.
I request to help me in sorting out the above matter.

आरोपी को घटना के दिन ही सामान सहित पकड़ के थाने ले गए थे उसके बाद fir & गिरफ़्तारी हुई
पुलिस ने गिरफ़्तारी के समय आरोपी के पास से चोरी का जो सामान जब्त किया था
घटना घटित हुए 3 माह हुए क्या वो सामान अभी तक पुलिस कस्टडी में ही होगा
कोर्ट के सामने कब आता है सबूत के तौर पर
क्या जाँच अधिकारी ही उसे कोर्ट में लाता है
क्या जब चालान पेश होता है तब या उसके बाद ट्रायल के बीच में
केस में अभी तक चार्ज शीट कोर्ट में नही आई

I was recently selected in a central government job. However, as my brother is settled in australia, i plan to apply for permanent residence and settle there.
However, i am not sure if i can apply for permanent residence in another country whilst being a permanent central government employee in Government of India
Please let me know if there is any issue on applying for PR while working in the government of india?
I will definitely tender my resignation once my PR is approved.
