Trade union working committee is now using using there own photo frame and name on the wall of fees days election is there in our trade union now can we stop them doing this because it is going to effect in election and if there is any competent authority were we can complaint pls help me show that we can approach there

maharashtra govt had taken exam for food supply insp,it was online exam
conducting body is IBPS,they have clearly written in terms that they will not provide answer key also dont come in rti
I think I have good score thats why want to go to court
government will put all effort against me due to recent exam scams ,they will try best not to give answer key
mainly I need older judge ment against ibps to provide answer key to try to convince them

I want to know that if I had traffic chllan done by CCTV and now it is transferred to the virtual court and I have paid the fine online in virtual court so do I need to mention it in Attestation form??
There is column.....
- Have you ever been fined by any court of law ?
So what should I need to write yes or no in this column?Â
Because some people say you have to mention it and some say you don't need to mention it because its a petty traffic offence
and you have paid the fine online without visiting the court.
I am totally confusedÂ
What shoud I do? Should I mention it or not ?

SIR. I one querry as regards the property status as regards the deceased husband property. the husband purchased the property in the year 1999 by his own income and by registered sale deed. No involvement of joint income in the contents in the sale deed. after demise of husband the father and mother,sister were disposes to widow. by contention that deceased husband no income and property is joint family property. Whether the father of deceased husband entitle any right in the property? And what is the remedy available to widow to recover the property from father in law?

Hi Sir, My Father bought Educational Loan - 10 lakh in 2009 , for my sister to pursue MBBS. She Died in 2015 while working as a Government Doctor due to Septic Shock. After a Year My Mom (Guarantor ) Died Due to Kidney Failure.Both the Borrower and Guarantor Died. Bank Filed a Case on DRT Three years Ago.Now the Final Order from drt has came.
Now bank sent me a sarfaesi notice u/s 13(2) two months ago with demanding an amount of 34 Lakhs. I Sent an OTS Offer of Rs. 12 Lakhs and I have waited for their reply for two months but there is no reply from bank. So I Approached the bank after 60 days. Now they told me that we can't do anything and we are going to auction off your house.
To Avoid Auction process, I Sent an Another OTS Offer of Rs.18 lakhs but still no reply from bank.
I Never Want My House to be Auctioned.
What Should I Do Now? How to Approach this Matter?

I had purchased a duplex from a builder, registry completed. But before project completion and possesion in 2015, the builder defaulted and the matter went in court and still pending. Now 2024, I had taken possession with the terms to complete the remaining construction and I have sold this property to the other party, after providing complete details on the court case against the company.
Since the builder’s all property (including this one) is attached in the court, will I be able to apply for mutation process on this the said property.

In joint property out of three one person at his small age went away and did not return back even after 50 years but his name is reflected in fard property documents. My query whether this person is alive or dead how to proceed so that property can be sold off.

Sir,
Suppose in a recruitment, total 8 posts are notified and there break up is as follow
Oc-3, Sc-2, St 1,Pwd-1, Bc-1
Now my doubt is how many posts will be reserved for Women horizontally
If 3 post are reserved, then from which category the last one post of women will be filled because to the max we can accomodate 1 women in Oc and 1 in Sc
