builder/developer not getting conyeance deed registered

(Querist) 27 July 2011 This query is : Resolved
I have a property in GURGAON.The full down payments were made ,including stamp duty/registery charges,in 2004 & possession taken in 2005 & I am living in it,since then, paying maintenance charges etc.,regularly.The builder has till date not bought the stamp papers & is not co-operating in getting registry done.Does'nt reply to registered letters.Only staff rings up,saying "we will get it done soon".
How can I LEGALLY force the builder to get the registry/conveyance deed done?
Should I approach any court? Which Court? What are my legal options?
The buliders head office is in Delhi but the property in quesion is in GURGAON.

Getting the Sale Deed executed and Registered is a MUST.
You have to consult a lawyer, show all your papers / documents.
You have to file a suit for specific performance in Gurgaon Court. You should not delay the matter any further.
