Builder not giving noc

I have took home loan from DHFL Rs 6Lakhs and got sanction letter also from Bank.
But builder has promised us that he will give possession in may but still not giving Possession yet, and i Needed NOC from builder regarding Loan and but he is not giving only Noc also ..
I had written letter request to his office but there is no reply from that also.
Please tell me what should i do sir?

Builder is well within his rights to do so, unless your written Agreement specify it.
Was promise in writing??

Only request works at this moment.

We had agreement of home.
But now i wanted NOC from builder for disbursement my Home Loan

This is a cleaar case of deficiency of service.
If you are looking for speedy and appropriate redressal of your grievance then file a complaint u/s 12 before the Consumer Forum where apart from meeting your requirement you would be adequately financially compensated.

Make all possible efforts to get the NOC form the builder before u decide to approach the CF.

getting noc for the purpose of obtaining loan from the builder is not a big deal to be resolved afterall you are a buyer of a flat in the builder colony.
