Builder not registering building with municipal corporation

Dear Sir/s, I have purchased a flat at Ambernath under finance from Bank from a builder in the year 2007 but the said building has still not been registered with municipal authorities. We have had several communications with him but he only makes false promises. Kindly advice in this regard

are building plans sanctioned by muncipal corporation ? whether building completion certificate issued ? contact local lawyer

File a consumer complaint against such builder and also make complaint with the municiple authorities as the registration of the builder is compulsory.
