Dear Sir,
I want to register my Company under this act. What is the procedure. Is there any form available. What are the fees for registration.

You can register a company only under the Indian Companies Act.You can take the services of a chartered accountant in your place who can make things easier for you.

Sir,
My company is already registered under the Indian Companies Act. I want to register under Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Act.
