Buying a House

Hi,

I am planning to buy a house in Bangalore. The present owner of the property has given the house for lease. Please advise what and all precautions need to be taken by me before buying the house.

You have to verify the documents i.e., tittle deeds, property extract and encumbrance certificate of 13 years of the house. And you have to put a condition that it is the responsibility of the owner to vacate the house. If the lessee is good person then you can make another lease deed with him.

2. After Regestration of the peoperty
