Hello Sir's

Please let me know.

Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 06 February 2012
yes it is valid if properly executed and adjudicated.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 07 February 2012
If GPA is duly registered and has not been cancelled on the day of execution of the agreement then there is no problem to purchase the property through him. It shall be an additional beneficial for you if you personally visit and meet to the original owner and make entire enquiries from him to avoid future complications of any type.

As per law, a buyer should be vigilant on all counts.
