Buying of property in extended lal dora land

pl help.i want to buy a shop(10 into 12 ft)on ground floor in a complex.this is located in extended lal dora area.the place is New Chandrawal ,adjacent to kamla nagar in north delhi.the shop is adjacent to gali.the registry will be done. is it safe to buy this.will there be any problem in future if gali is planned to be extended by govt

If the title is clean and complex and shop under consideration is constructed according to a sanctioned plan and consideration suits you then you can buy.

Future is unpredictable but development in developing country that too in capital city is thing one should always anticipate.
