HOUSING BOARD HARYANA IS OFFERING FLATS ON HIRE PURCHASE BASIS. I HAVE REQUESTED A FRIEND TO APPLY.IN CASE HE GETS A FLAT, IN THE LOTTERY, I WILL FUND THE COMPLETE AMOUNT.HE ON POSSESSION ,WHICH WILL BE ABOUT 6 -7 YEARS LATER, HE WILL GIVE THE FLAT TO ME. I HAVE ALREADY PAID THE BOOKING AMOUNT. Please let me know,at which all time frame i must take some legal documents to be on the safer side.so that he does not change the stance later after i make part/ full payment for the flat allotted to him.also please let me know the most appropriate legal documents and its complete format (contents). thanks and regards

This is irregular transaction, you are trying to capture the right of some eligible beneficiary.
Please find out whether there exist some lock in period for sale of such flats.
You can mortgage the flat and or take PDCs for the amount paid by you.

you are taking a big risk . what if tomorrow defence personnel changes his mind and refuses to transfer flat in your name after expiry of lock in period

Why steal right of next defence personnel??
you risk a lot.
+ it is illegal & immoral..
Let next eligible defence personnel get it... After all; they serve us; risking their life..
you will be exposed later on, as u r ot defence personnel... the bogus deal will come out and you may loose entire amount+ prison...
