Cacellation of a gift dead

My divorce case is going on so I had gifted my flat one year before to my father by way of gift deed. Now the situation is such that he is taking advantage of this and has stopped every contact with me. Is there any way by which I can cancel this gift deed and retain the flat in my name.

YOUR FATHER STOPPED CONTACT WD U ??
THAN IN THAT CASE THERE IS NO PROVISION BY WHICH GIFT DEED CAN BE CANCELLED

A Gift is a transfer inter vivos,hence once made it can not be revoked or cancelled. However a civil lawsuit can be maintained in civil court on the ground that donor's consent was not free and was tented by undue influence played by the donee upon the donor.

Thanx sir,i want to ask u if my father is also ready to cancel gift dead weather it is possible to do it,because if we make new gift dead again in my name it will cost too much

you seem to change your story after going through the answers of experts . you have categorically said your father after execution of gift deed has stopped all contact with you . where is the question of his agreeing for cancelling the gift deed
