I want to obtain call records of My mobile no. from BSNL ,i want to know whether it is permissible under RTI Act.help plz.

RTI does not apply against the private mobile operators.

if you are a post paid customer or your wanted call records about your land line connection mean surely you can obtain it., even no need to use rti. just paying the charges for that services you can get it.

RTI would apply only for the information of the subscriber and not for others.

all the call records of govt. undertaking companies are obtainable by way of notice to produce u/sec. 65 of iian evidence act.

as well as it also can be obtained by the above mention way given by other Experts.

Here Apply to BSNL with necessary fees, and get it.

You can not get it through RTI way.

Only way is to either get CDRs by paying requisite fee or calling records in court.

There is no case but a query say very simple query is here and we all experts are taking it very seriously.

Querist! You can get detail about your phone calls even without use of RTI Act.

You have every right to get the call records from BSNL. You can simply give a letter to the BSNL authorities, they are bound to give it at your cost.
