Yes admissible when authenticated and proved by Cyber Forensic Expert (Voice Expert) from Forensic Lab.

Every state having their own forensic lab e.g. State Forensic Laboratory...........
Court order required to obtain voice sample of suspect for comparison.

With court order or police recommendations samples authenticated from State Forensic Lab or Central Forensic Science Labs (Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Delhi, Kolkata etc)

Thanks for guidance but it already we know that there are Forensic Labs of Government and Police use these labs in almost each case.
My question that how an individual can avail this in case of private complaint? specially when there is no chance that Court will allow. If any individual can obtain such report from government Lab at his own. (for example in divorce case how can one prove voice recording.) Please give detailed answer so that all we can learn more.
