Can a firm start a recreational club

Hello,
I would like to know whether a private firm start a recreational club and collect membership to provide club facilities for club member,which is similar to a Country Club or Brigade club....Pls give me a right solution.

No problem. Yes the private firm can establish recreational club with necessary permission with Government.Further the membership fee can be collected to provide facilities and maintenance.

Thank you for your reply.....can u pls tell me what are the procedures to get government approval..........and more over we are planning to set up a private club owned Firm.........where the is no election among the members..which is followed in other associatons(or clubs)....

The private frim can indeed run such club or assocaton of persons but it can not merge with the same. In other words the club having the facility of membership must have the distinct identity from that of the private firm.

Oh........For ex:'XXX' is a firm,and this firm wants to establish a Recreational Club and a hotel as its branch........so what are the legal takes on this........or should a new firm be formed in the name of the club and hotel??????
